_____Ingredients:_____
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
1 package ladyfingers (about 24)
1/2 cup Biscoff spread
Cocoa powder, for dusting
_____Directions:_____
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
In a shallow dish, combine the cooled brewed coffee and coffee liqueur (if using).
Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture briefly, making sure not to soak them too much.
Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of an 8x8-inch dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Warm the Biscoff spread in the microwave for a few seconds until it becomes slightly runny.
Drizzle half of the warm Biscoff spread over the mascarpone layer.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and Biscoff spread.
Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
Before serving, dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
