Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 4 ounces white chocolate, melted
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, beaten egg, graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chopped walnuts. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, vanilla custard powder, confectioners' sugar, and milk until smooth. Spread this mixture over the chilled crust layer.
- Place the baking pan back in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to set the custard layer.
- Once the custard layer is set, pour the melted white chocolate over the top, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Return the pan to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate layer is firm.
- Once fully chilled, cut into squares or bars and serve. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
