Rasmalai Tiramisu dessert ππ°

Ingredients
- 8 rasmalai, store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Directions
- In a shallow dish, combine the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur, if using.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Dip each ladyfinger cookie into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are well soaked but not soggy.
- Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Place a layer of rasmalai on top of the ladyfingers, gently pressing down to flatten slightly.
- Spread half of the whipped cream mixture over the rasmalai layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining soaked ladyfingers, rasmalai, and whipped cream.
- Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder for a finishing touch.
