Soy Sauce Fried Noodles (豉油王炒面)
Ingredients:
- 3 packs of dry egg noodles
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 3 scallions, cut
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions:
- Boil 3 packs of dry egg noodles in hot water for 3 minutes. Rinse the noodles with cold water and drain them dry.
- Prepare 1 cup of bean sprouts and 3 cut scallions; set aside.
- Heat a cooking pan over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the boiled and drained noodles to the pan, stir-frying for a few minutes.
- Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder to the noodles. Mix well to ensure the noodles are coated evenly with the sauce.
- Incorporate the bean sprouts and scallions into the pan. Continue cooking for another minute, allowing the vegetables to soften and the flavors to meld.
- Drizzle 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over the noodles. Mix well and ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
