Canederli con rapa rossa:

  • 300gr pane raffermo a dadini,
  • 2/50 gr rapa rossa cotta e frullata.,
  • 2 uova, grana ,
  • 1 cucchiaio farina latte ,
  • erba cipollina,
  • 60 g di cipolla passata in padella.

All’interno di ogni canederlo faccio un cuoricino di formaggio tenero.
