Alien Moon Base

Is there an "Alien Base" on the Moon. More and more people are
coming forward with stories of an Alien presence on the Moon.
Rumors are that their "Moon Base" is on the dark side of the
moon, the side we never see from Earth.
Did you ever wonder why the Moon landings stopped and why have we
not tried to build a Moon Base. It seems a better and easier idea
than a floating space station?
According to Neil Armstrong the Aliens have a base on the Moon
and wanted us to get off and stay off the Moon! Milton Cooper a
Naval Intellegence Officer tell us that the Intellegence
community calls the Alien Base "Luna":
LUNA: The Alien base on the far side of the Moon. It was
seen and filmed by the Apollo Astronauts. A base, a
mining operation using very large machines, and the
very large alien craft described in sighting reports as

Did Apollo 11 Encounter UFOs on the Moon?

According to hitherto unconfirmed reports, both Neil Armstrong
and Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin saw UFOs shortly after that historic
landing on the Moon in Apollo 11 on 21 July 1969. I remember
hearing one of the astronauts refer to a "light" in or on a
crater during the television transmission, followed by a request
from mission control for further information. Nothing more was
heard.
According to a former NASA employee Otto Binder, unnamed radio
hams with their own VHF receiving facilities that bypassed NASA's
broadcasting outlets picked up the following exchange:
NASA: Whats there?
Mission Control calling Apollo 11...
Apollo11: These "Babies" are huge, Sir! Enormous!
OH MY GOD! You wouldn't believe it!
I'm telling you there are other spacecraft out there,
Lined up on the far side of the crater edge!
They're on the Moon watching us!
In 1979 Maurice Chatelain, former chief of NASA Communications
Systems confirmed that Armstrong had indeed reported seeing two
UFOs on the rim of a crater. "The encounter was common knowledge
in NASA," he revealed, "but nobody has talked about it until
now."
Soviet scientists were allegedly the first to confirm the
incident. "According to our information, the encounter was
reported immediately after the landing of the module," said Dr.
Vladimir Azhazha, a physicist and Professor of Mathematics at
Moscow University. "Neil Armstrong relayed the message to Mission
Control that two large, mysterious objects were watching them
after having landed near the moon module. But his message was
never heard by the public - because NASA censored it. "According
to another Soviet scientist, Dr. Aleksandr Kazantsev, Buss Aldrin
took color movie film of the UFOs from inside the module, and
continued filming them after he and Armstrong went outside. Dr.
Azhazha claims that the UFOs departed minutes after the
astronauts came out on to the lunar surface.
Maurice Chatelain also confirmed that Apollo 11's radio
transmissions were interrupted on several occasions in order to
hide the news from the public. Before dismissing Chatelain's
sensational claims, it is worth noting his impressive background
in the aerospace industry and space program. His first job after
moving from France was as an electronics engineer with Convair,
specializing in telecommunications, telemetry and radar. In 1959
he was in charge of an electromagnetic research group, developing
new radar and telecommunications systems for Ryan. One of his
eleven patents was an automatic radar landing system that ignited
retro rockets at a given altitude, used in the Ranger and
Surveyor flights to the Moon. Later, at North American Aviation,
Chatelain was offered the job of designing and building the
Apollo communications and data-processing systems.
Chatelain claims that "all Apollo and Gemini flights were
followed, both at a distance and sometimes also quite closely, by
space vehicles of extraterrestrial origin - flying saucers, or
UFOs, if you want to call them by that name. Every time it
occurred, the astronauts informed Mission Control, who then
ordered absolute silence." He goes on to say:
"I think that Walter Schirra aboard Mercury 8 was the first
of the astronauts to use the code name 'Santa Claus' to
indicate the presence of flying saucers next to space
capsules. However, his announcements were barely noticed by
the general public. It was a little different when James
Lovell on board the Apollo 8 command module came out from
behind the moon and said for everybody to hear: 'PLEASE BE
INFORMED THAT THERE IS A SANTA CLAUS.' Even though this
happened on Christmas Day 1968, many people sensed a hidden
meaning in those words."
Rumors persist. NASA may well be a civilian agency, but many of
its programs are funded by the defence budget and most of the
astronauts are subject to military security regulations. Apart
from the fact that the National Security Agency screens all films
and probably radio communications as well. We have the statements
by Otto Binder, Dr. Garry Henderson and Maurice Chatelain that
the astronauts were under strict orders not to discuss their
sightings. And Gordon Cooper has testified to a United Nations
committee that one of the astronauts actually witnessed a UFO on
the ground. If there is no secrecy, why has this sighting not
been made public?
A certain professor, who wished to remain anonymous, was engaged
in a discussion with Neil Armstrong during a NASA symposium.
Professor: What REALLY happened out there with Apollo 11?
Armstrong: It was incredible, of course we had always known
there was a possibility, the fact is, we were
warned off!(by the Aliens). There was never any
question then of a space station or a moon city.
Professor: How do you mean "warned off"?
Armstrong: I can't go into details, except to say that their
ships were far superior to ours both in size and
technology - Boy, were they big!...and menacing!
No, there is no question of a space station.

couldn't risk panic on Earth. But it really was a
quick scoop and back again.
Armstrong confirmed that the story was true but refused to go

disappointingly brief expose' of the Roswell, New Mexico, incident. I do not
believe that any new information was revealed in this report, but I am more

The Virginia story occurred on September 14, 1992 in area of
Sutton in Braxton County. There were no members of the family left
unaffected and there were (possibly still are) medical records. A copy
of text from the UP story follows:
"SUTTON, September 14 - (UP) - Seven Braxton County residents
vowed that a "Frankenstein" monster with BO drove them from a hill-top
near here, but police say the smelly boogie-man was the product of mass
hsyteria.
"The thing, described by witnesses as part man part dragon, has
not been seen since Friday night, but residents insist a foul ordor
still covers the area of the sighting.
"All this started when Mrs. Kathleen May of Flatwoods said she
and her six boys, one a 17-year-old national guardsman, climbed the
hill to investigate her two mall sons' report that a "flying saucer"
had landed there.
". . . She said the "monster" exuded an overpowering odor "like
metal: that so sickened them they vomited for hours afterward. Her
eldest son has been placed in intensice care in what appears to be a
coma.
Obviously the paper source played it for fun - there would later
be a hearing during which the editor would admit to being afraid of
having "outsiders laugh at us again." When asked what he meant by
again, he responded - "Oh, you know, all those lights at night and
stuff.
The judge asked him to elaborate on "stuff." He only said, "No one
knows what them are - but they show up 'bout every night. We don;'t
take no reckon of 'em any more." That singular line got more
investigators interested than anything else the hapless fellow could
have said.
Consider, too, that the witnesses had a great deal of trouble
describing what they had seen - none of them - not one - had ever read
a science fiction story. They knew about Frankenstein - and that was
all they had to relate to.
Curiously, several stories appeared at intervals of about 6
months - each lessening the import of the incident. Each one of them
carried a Sutton date line - and all came from one source - Washington
DC.
Also, several local residents insisted they saw nothing because
they were "in church that night." A quick check of the calendar will
show you an interesting fact September 15 (dateline of the story) is
indeed Sunday. But, the event actually occurred on Friday the 12th -
not too many people in church that night.
As for the Woodbury story, the Ground Observer Corps (GOC) was in
place on 24-hour watch as a result of the post war jitters and the
heightening cold war. While we certainly had coastal radar, it was
feared that an effective attack might come in under the lower range of
radar along our eastern seaboard. For that reason, observation posts
with extremely sensitive microphones elevated above the posts were
located all along the shore line. Most observers after a few weeks of
experience could identify the majority of standard aircraft by the
sound of their engines alone.

Not at all, John. Although my antiquated memory circuits are a
bit frazzled. :) It's been a long time since I've tried to put these
into written form.
Sending the GOC observers to their homes served two purposes: got
them out of immediate access to the general public (faster than having
them wanter around the fire station below or sitting in a local bar or
restaurant) and it separated them. The latter implication and reasoning
should be clear enough.
Medical records of one Doctor Hughs at the Underwood hospital in
Woodbury showed that one observer remaining hospitalized for a period
of three weeks and was released. He returned for examination and
diagnosis of paralytic polio one week later - if memory serves his life
ended in an iron lung. I do not know the details of the other
observer.
I am not aware of the Haddonfield connection you mentioned
relative to Halloween movies (I saw the first one, hated it and haven't
seen any of the others).
Finally, Crawford County - yes, I can tell you much more - I was
there. I have a good friend in Vincennes, Indiana - near
Lawrenceville, Illinois - who is currently trying to dig up some
concrete data for me - the old Army Air Corp case is long fallen into
ruin - but, he says tantalizingly - some of the old file cabinets are
actually still there and full of reports. If he finds what I hope he
finds, I'll share it with you - but privately.

Copyrighted Radio Transmissions from Aliens
Abstract
K-2; the alleged alien base in the Plumas National Forest is
branded a hoax by default when the recorded radio transmission is
found to be a copy of a tape which was available in bookstores
across the country.

From the moment I became aware of the Roswell case I have
maintained an ongoing interest in crashed ufos, direct contact,
and abductions. I tend to be more open to statements than some,
taking an innocent until proven guilty attitude, rather than the
more adversarial "show me" stance. ( I am not from Missouri ).
This means I listen to everything. I save everything. I cross
index everything. But I challenge very little. The jury remains
out until something is produced which can withstand the
scientific method, or is good enough to go before a courtroom
judge. The result is a very large "wait and see" file, and
occasionally a solidly closed case.
My wait and see attitude combined with a healthy dose of dumb
luck has permitted me to move the K-2 report squarely from the
wait and see file into the closed section. Cross indexed under
HOAX.
I have closely monitored the netmail concerning the K-2
report since the story first broke in June. Direct e mail
with the spokesman for the Phoenix Project and conversations with
other interested parties have consumed a sizeable portion of my
storage space. Yet I remained unwilling to send the Phoenix
Project the money it desired for an original copy of the reports.
Conversations with David Brune led to an arrangement for him
to send me his copy of the K-2 report along with a copy of the
taped radio transmission which led the Phoenix Project to
investigate the K-2 site to begin with. I received the packet in
early October and was surprised to find the contents of the tape
familiar to me.
It should be noted that the tape received from David is
labeled K-2 Radio Transmission Monaural (58:20) and was associated
with a descriptive paper noting its origin having been recorded
on June, 5, 1989 at 0200 PDT from shortwave frequency 16.222
Megahertz at Forbestown, California. A note from the technical
data states that "Oscilloscope observation of the recorded signal
reveals the presence of pulsed digital information impressed on
the predominant analog audio signal components". It then goes on
to say that "This digital data may be encrypted".
This description of the K-2 radio transmission is
inconsistent with my own findings. The actual contents of the K-2
tape are a monaural reproduction of a tape which I purchased
several years ago from a local bookstore. I am happy to say that
after some digging in my garage I was able to locate my STEREO
commercial production tape, and that it is still in good
condition. My own tape is labeled ASTRAL SOUNDS and was
copyrighted 1973 by The American Research Team. The tape was
distributed under license by POTENTIALS UNLIMITED, INC.
Potentials Unlimited marketed a wide variety of self help/self
hypnosis/subliminal message tapes in the late eighties. Their
products were available in the big chain bookstores such as
Waldons and B Daltons. The original intent of the ASTRAL SOUNDS
tape was to synchronized sound with brain wave frequencies for some
interesting effects during listening/meditation.
Both tapes have been donated to Paranet for the listening
pleasure of serious researchers. If you have been considering
purchasing ANYTHING from the PHOENIX PROJECT. I strongly advise
you to reconsider.

Was this K2 tape an exact duplicate of the ASTRAL SOUNDS? Was this K2
tape produced by Jack Mathias. It has been Purported in the past that
Jack Mathias plagerized in the past on many items, especially items
produced by his own publishing company...just curious as to whether or
not Jack is up to his old tricks or if there is somebody new to look
for. I know the Jack Mathias 'thing' is a very confusing issue...
