You all might want to watch Sightings this Friday (it's on at 9pm on FOX
here - check your local listings).
Aviation Week and Space Technology has released the video that
Bill Hartenstein and I shot at 12:40AM on July 25, 1991 next to Edwards
North Base. Hartenstein was the camera man. Hartenstein is also the camera
man who flew with AW&ST engineering editor Mike Dornheim over the B-2 roll-out
to get those supposedly 'illegal' overhead shots of the B-2 during rollout.
This video shows a gold plasma-like object that seemed to fly over Edwards
right to the South of us. We were out, trying to shoot video of the 'TR-3A'
or 'pulser' and saw this thing instead on that Wednesday night.
You won't see the gold color of the object because we were using image
intensified video. The nature of the object is highly unusual. Although it
is a light, it's 'plasma' dripping behavior is very interesting and unusual.
I don't know if it was actually a plasma that was dripped or smeared.
I have NO idea how the video will be used or what will be said. So even
though I might be embarrassed, I think it's important for you all to know
it's coming up so you can have a look.
I found out about this broadcast through the efforts of Rick Pavek who saw
the video previewed on last Fridays show! He was able to videotape the
preview and get me his copy so I could confirm it. The context in which
our video was previewed by Sightings, was as an American UFO! This may or
may not be true but this is why I'm surprised that AW&ST released it! I don't
know if they know how it will be used. I also don't know if AW&ST's name will
be used but I suspect that it would be used if they released it. As I
understand it from Rick, Jim Goodall is also interviewed on the show. I
suspect Jim will be mentioning his own sources of information but I don't know.
My own personal opinion is that I don't know what the object was. But I have
some ideas. We can talk about that after the show if you're interested.

RUMORS AND CONFIRMATIONS
OK, the confirmations are now flowing through. Remember the
"maybe its sand fleas" or, or, or--in problems with troops'
health during and after the Saudi stay? Now they have
deliberately DONE IT AGAIN, readers. It is now firm that at
least 50,000 soldiers are dying of, "introduced through
inoculations", a species of Anthrax. This is even more
efficient for ridding yourselves of people than is "friendly
fire".
How could they get away with it? Because it was touted that
Iraq had Anthrax-laden Scuds and it was necessary for
PROTECTION. There is NO CURE for this and many, many more
persons are already dead of other "claimed" causes than you
can imagine. IT WILL GET WORSE!
SPEAKING OF FRIENDLY FIRE
You now have public information regarding intentional death
raids on your own people (POWs/MIAs) as a caller to a night-
line network program (during the Idaho standoff with Weaver
and Gritz) called in to say that "I WAS ONE WHO WAS SENT IN
TO KILL POWs IN SOUTHEAST ASIA FIFTEEN YEARS AGO IN PLANNED
AND ORCHESTRATED ASSAULTS TO LEAVE NONE ALIVE--AND I HAVEN'T
SLEPT A NIGHT IN THE FIFTEEN YEARS SINCE." Please open your
eyes and ears, World--the clock is at the hour.
HEPATITIS B & C, AIDS AND OTHER LIES
The prisons around your nation are epidemic with Hepatitis.
This is the same form of virus introduced into national
water supplies--first studied and tested in the control for
populations of prisons, etc. In Tehachapi, Calif. a
Constitutional Law Center class action suit was filed yes-
terday against ones of the Golden Hills Community Services
District and all other authority parties thereof because of
contamination which was KNOWN about for two years and
current complaints of symptoms for six months. People are
now sick. This virus will remain in the body ready to
present (as herpes) for the remainder of life span. There
is no "allowed" remedy. This is the reason AIDS as a
disease category is being revised to include many other dis-
eases such as the new strain of Tuberculosis which also does
NOT have a cure. YOU ARE IN "IT" CITIZENS. You may find it
more interesting to find that it is first introduced into
the area in this township--where resides Dharma AND THE
LIBERATOR. Nice try, boys--but our people are shielded and
heeded warnings. There may be slight inconvenience but ones
who have followed my instructions explicitly are fine.
When confronted by the "press" and "media" the Head of the
CSD in point said (about the suits that might come forth),
"...oh well, we have liability insurance." Also, it comes
forth that the county Grand Jury is looking into the fact of
possible mismanagement of funds by this CSD group--like, for
instance, a lawyer who gets more than $600/hr. The same law
firm and billing/bookkeeping services (also out of town)
serve several of the small communities in the immediate
area. Strange? NO--POLITICAL CORRUPTION IN FULL FLOWER.
ALL YOU PEOPLE OUT THERE HAD BEST BE CHECKING THOSE BOUTS OF
FAST SPREADING "FLU" THAT SEEMS TO HAVE NO ENDING BUT GREAT
BEGINNINGS. YOU COULD ALLOW THIS TO BE A TEST CASE FOR YOUR
USE AS PRECEDENT FOR IF MANY OF YOUR TOWNSHIPS FILED--WITH
PROOF OF CONTAMINATION OF WATER SUPPLIES WITH COVER-UP, YOU
COULD AT LEAST SCARE THE PERPETRATORS INTO STOPPING SUCH.
CLASS ACTION SUITS THROUGH A CENTRAL FOCUS AS IS THE LAW
CENTER FOR CONSTITUTIONAL LAW (CLC) CAN BE FOUGHT WITH
"POOLED" RESOURCES AND MAKE THE LEGAL COUNTER ASSAULT
FEASIBLE. WE HAVE EFFORTED TO GIVE YOU ASSISTANCE BUT YOU

DEATH IN FLORIDA
There was a great loss of life in Florida's hurricane which
is still covered from your attention. Bodies have been
removed from the area in very large numbers. I remind you
that one dead person can cover for tens of dozens for you
have no way of checking against "other" death announcements.
This as example: say John Doe dies and YOU know it. In a
nearby place Jane Doe dies---BUT, both are counted and
reported as ONE count and with no communications available
there is NO WAY FOR ANY OF YOU TO KNOW "HOW MANY". It is
simply that these "helpful" troops are having to haul out
large numbers of bodies under this same number of counting.
HAWAII HURRICANE THREAT
You can expect the same thing today in Hawaii. Does anyone
remember that Hawaii is a State of the United States? That
hurricane which will probably hit Hawaii TODAY is going to
be as big as Andrew if it is not diverted and hits head on.
Yet what happens? A day or so of "some" mention and then
suddenly with no fanfare to speak of or show of
preparations, it is THERE!
OTHER NOTABLE HAPPENINGS
There was a big earthquake in your alternate missile launch
site. By the way--many of the recent launches are joint
ventures with Communist "brothers" so just WHO do you think
really gets the use of the launched satellites? Well, it is
NOT YOU.
The volcanic activity in the Philippines is disastrous and,
now, note that in Zaire, South Africa (near where the
incredible massacre of hundreds of South Africans took place
a couple of days ago)--a major earthquake (seven point or
above, the largest ever reported in the area) has occurred.
Could this be to cover the massive numbers of dead in the
area and unreported to international press--from the
machine-gun and assault weapons hit against a peaceful
demonstration? AT ANY RATE OF COUNTING--"YOU" ARE NOT GOING
TO GET ACCURACY IN REPORTING.

IRS MANEUVERING
Beware the Ides of March and April: The IRS is putting a
change through in electronic tax-return filing in an effort
to suppress fraud--this will stop private programs that lend
money to taxpayers who file for refunds.
$10 BILLION TO ISRAEL
From the harnessed horse: Bush just spoke to the B'nai
B'rith Anti-Defamation League (a branch of British
Intelligence in coalition with the British-Israeli League)
that he is formally making a commitment and will insist
Congress give the $10 Billion to Israel. I find this inter-
esting for a couple of reasons. The most important is that
U.S. Patriot groups and citizens even in the back mountains
of Idaho are assaulted and attacked and yet $10 BILLION of
YOUR only resources is given away to foreign interests--
that, when all of your Florida tip is years away from
functioning. Los Angeles has not, by the way, received any
help from the U.S. as promised!
CHINA MAY NOT PAY
Remember those GRAIN DEALS that took ALL your grain and
wheat reserves and you couldn't believe what we told you?
Well, China threatens to stop the grain agreement (this
means that they will now refuse to PAY for that which they
have gotten) if F-16s go to Taiwan as ordered by Bush.
YOU IN THE U.S. HAVE LESS THAN A 30 DAY SUPPLY OF FOOD!!
PONDER IT AND HAVE A GOOD DAY.
POTATO VS. POTATOE
Has anyone considered this: singular for potato is potato,
plural for potato is potatoes. The same is valid for
tomato(es). Did anyone study your English grammar? Of
course it may not longer be acceptable since the Vice
President blew it. History changes with the whims of the
ruling parties as does science and math--so why not ALL?

DON ECKER/UFO MAGAZINE
I see no purpose in responding again to such rubbish and
blatant disinformation resources as Don Ecker of UFO
magazine. I find the attack of both them and Joseph
Pavlonski (alias John Coleman) to be amusing and self-
condemning. I do, however, ask that a rather miserable
counter attack of a couple of years past from one of "their
own UFO colleagues" to be a more than adequate answer. I
ask that the Editors reprint the newsletter from Cooper
regarding the group involved herein from that JOURNAL.
However, for you who read the article in UFO, I wish to
point out that ANYONE coming to INFILTRATE or SPY were
welcomed and all questions were responded to with great
courtesy and generosity. There has never been rudeness and
I believe that is self-evident by the same article wherein
the "spies" got, apparently, all sorts of information--all
of which is invalid and foolish in nature. There is NO
GROUP, NO CULT, NO CHURCH AND THEREFORE CAN BE NO "LOOSE
ORGANIZATION".
Don Ecker shows his own blundering stupidity by ending the
article "....George Green stated that "anyone" could build
the "descrambler" to tune into the military channel that
purportedly carries Hatonn..." George DID NOT SAY SUCH A
THING--the frequency is a high band frequency in the range
of weather satellite usage and is NOT military and I would
guess that you might have to be sophisticated in radio to
build your own--but capability already exists for receiving
the sound waves. "Descrambler" is poor language use--
because it needs no descrambling--simply a translator of the
pulse language or a very sophisticated computer terminal for
simultaneous "reading" of the pulses.
He (Ecker) also says: "If Hatonn doesn't have the answer,
perhaps local military facilities might: Edwards Air Force
Base and the China Lake Naval Weapons Station are both
relatively nearby." Ah, a blackmail threat of some sort??
Not to worry, readers: They both catch everything directly
and right off this computer so we actually feel quite
secure. They may have "big guns" but I have more massive
"weapons" at my disposal. We have a very healthy respect
for one another and it would behoove readers to get a little
more "with it". If you need a UFO "magazine" for old
drivel--what think you that may have happened in this last
40 years? The dis- mis-information teams are getting pretty
desperate, ARE THEY NOT? Better look carefully and think
about it, readers. If you look at their price tag I think
you will also find our publications are far less expensive
on one to one basis and you MIGHT get some interesting
information regarding UFOs from our resource--I have yet to
see one totally accurate report or story in their
publication. I would guess that our Khazarian, Don Ecker
(alias a dozen labels), must be getting nervous to get
involved with such other agents already disclosed as blatant
enemy agents to the United States of America.
If you who claim to be "the people" do not clean out the
thieves and liars who claim your press, sensational
tabloids, and media--then perhaps you deserve the smothering
lies and deceit dumped on you. It is these little "nerds"
who allow the "big jerks" to totally control you and all
your thought processes. I AM OBVIOUSLY BIG ENOUGH TO GIVE
THEM A BAD CASE OF NIGHT TERRORS OR THEY WOULD NOT ATTACK SO
STUPIDLY--IF I AM NOT REAL, WHY THE ATTENTION, MR. ECKER?
WE BOTH KNOW YOUR DESPERATION, DO WE NOT? PEOPLE ARE WAKING

I don't know if anybody noticed, but we Southern Californian's were treated to
another flyover of the infamous boom-box aircraft once again this morning.
Shock arrival timed out at 0641:30-35 PDT at coordinates 34deg06min24sec North
by 117deg48min21sec West or in the city of San Dimas, CA. Just thought you
might want to know. Maybe we are back to the Thursday morning pattern again.
Oh, by the way, sound pressure level was rated as mildly annoying.
I am going to Edwards on Friday morning, so have a nice weekend.

This is old thread, but I was gone during the summer
Brian Wood wanted to know about an artifact found near Death
Valley. This is the so-called Coso artifact. The Coso Range is
about 70 miles West of Death Valley, and the village of
Coso Junction a little further. It is written up as the most
famous of the strange metallic finds taken out from inside
rock. Indeed, _Mysteries of time and space_ by Brad Steiger
covers most of these finds in some detail.

Robert Trevelyan mentioned that there is a
predicted return of UFOs to Alton Barnes on
July 26, 1993. This I understand is the
same date, I doubt coincidentally, of the
so-called 'next planetary activation, which
*this* time is when 'time at Earth us supposed to
fold back on itself' or some such idea. The
previous activatiobs were events such as the
11:11, Harmonic Convergence, the 1989 Time Warp,
etc.
I assume that Robert is aware of this.
Does this mean Steven Greer and company are
11:11 'freaks'?

Subject: Background on Tonights Video

Regarding tonights Sightings program on FOX:
I've gotten private e-mail from several people asking for my impressions
of this. Also, evidently at least one person on skunk.works has seen the
early feed of Sightings, so we have confirmation that it will air tonight.
Lets analyse it after you all see it.
Let me describe where it was taken and what you'll see so that after you
tape it and go over it, you'll be able to get a little farther in your
analysis.
This will only do any good if they show the approach of the object from the
west, because then you'll see some ground reference points.
This video was shot at ~12:40 AM on 7/25/91. At that instant we were standing
just across the highway north of Edwards North Base, near the entrance to
North Base, looking south. Now remember you're looking at intensified video
and the intensifier was grainy. It will look green and white.
At the beginning of the sequence the object approaches from the west, but
at first you won't see it very well (if they show the absolute beginning),
but you will see the glow of Edwards on the ground, an almost full moon
directly overhead in the sky (look for the lens flare), a street light
(try and find this, if I recall the object starts as a misty white just below
the street light's lamp), and the object itself.
You'll be able to find the object because it's the only one of the above
light sources that moves.
Now as the video progresses, Bill zooms on the object using the zoom lens we
had attached to the camera. When he does this some of the most
interesting 'dripping' motion of the light is seen.
Unfortunately as he zooms, you will loose the ground references. The
object's track was very horizontal relative to the ground without a waver
from west to east, and the track was located in altitude a fist
width (widest part of fist held vertical - arm held parallel to the ground)
above the ground level of Edwards. So it appeared very low and on a
horizontal track.
I understand from the gentleman who saw the early feed that you can hear
someone saying "what is that" or "it was leaving stuff behind it" or "is that
a meteor?" or whatever. That was me.
The balls or drips that the light was leaving behind were as large as the
main object and as bright at first. Unfortunately this made Bill loose the
target when it was right in front of us. The balls or drips dissipated,
and you can see this on the video, but the lead object stayed intact.
The lead object did loose some brightness, but the main object continued
it's low horizontal track to the east where it disappeared (faded) into the
night sky. I was never sure if the almost full moon overhead
contributed to the objects brightness or whether the object did something
that caused it to get bright and drip some plasma, or whatever.
The drips or balls stayed in perfect trail with the lead object until
dissipating. They look somewhat like shocks from a nozzle except that if
they are shocks, the shock train is many 10's of times longer than the
lead object itself.
You might hear Bill say "where did it go" or some such. The only reason
he lost it among the drips was because we lost the connector to the monitor
the previous night, so Bill had to use the tiny viewfinder on the Super 8
camcorder. You might hear Bill say "I need that monitor".
I was the only one in our group that saw it completely with the naked
eye. Bill was manning the camera. Of course I wasn't able to zoom with my
eye so what I saw was from long range. To me the lead object looked like
a gold pencil with both ends flat (no point), and the pencil had a horizontal
dark line running mid-ways through it. What I'm trying to describe is a flat,
thin, long object with a black line lengthwise through it. I believe the
image intensifier bloomed it to look like a bright ball. I can possibly
make out the horizontal black line in the lead ball in my copy, but my
copy of the video is 2nd generation. The one you will see might be a
3rd generation copy, unless they got it directly from AW&ST in which case
it might be the 1st gen.. I'll let you know after I see it.
As far as sound from the object is concerned, remember at that time,
we were standing right next to the highway north of Edwards (is it Hwy 18 ?).
I believe the sounds you will hear are trucks and cars passing us. I must
admit that seeing the object was taking all my attention and I wasn't
even listening at the time to the highway. To me, the object was silent.
You might want to notice the source of some dripping on the rear side of the
main object. Also see if you can decide if the balls or drips have matter
in the solid state, as in a disintigrating object.
You will also see Bill adjust focus during the shot. Sorry about that. Remember
he was shooting a very unusual target at long range through the stupid
little Super 8 viewfinder.
Soon after the object left (when you hear me say "it disappeared") we
got into Bill's 4WD and used his phone to call newspapers, radio, and
TV stations in LA, > 100 miles to the south. We assumed that we had just
witnessed a very unusual meteor or re-entering space object, that since
it was very low on the horizon, was far to the south. We continued to
call for some time. There were no reports from the LA area that we could
find out about. One LA area source told us that it was somehwat misty
or foggy (can't recall exactly what he called it) where he was in LA.
Later that day we didn't hear any reports on the radio or TV. That evening
we showed the video to a physicist that works at the USAF Rocket Lab right
next to Edwards. That person had no idea as well as to what it might be.
Natural explanations:
An approach to take at this point is to see if it was an earth-light or
a bolide meteor, or a reentry (not natural but a good one to try). We have
had some informed opinion on this already.
If an expert can say that the probability is such that those can be
ruled out, then we have a very interesting object indeed! Not to say it
also wouldn't be interesting if it was a natural phenomenon. If the probability
says it's not natural, then we need to start checking out in more detail
the sightings of similar objects. There have been some others that sound
very similar.

NASA should build an experimental spacecraft based on
U.S. Patent #3,626,605 [at least $1.00 per complete copy from
U.S. Patent Office, 2021 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Arlington, VA
22202; correct 7-digit patent number required. Or try getting
it via your local public or university library's inter-library
loan dept..], titled "METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GENERATING A
SECONDARY GRAVITATIONAL FORCE FIELD", awarded to Inventor
Henry W. Wallace on Dec. 14, 1971.
In the patent, Figs. 7A and 7B are basically side views
of a gravity-NEUTRALIZING FLYING SAUCER, or, if anchored to
the ground, a ZERO-GRAVITY CHAMBER [which could have MANY
possible GROUND-level applications for science, medicine,
manufacturing, etc.]. Each oval diagram shows a motor
spinning a central disc at a very high speed, about 28,000
RPM, and also rotating two other discs sandwiched around the
first disc, via gears, at a much slower speed, perhaps 2,800
RPM, in the opposite direction. The two outer discs have
extensions [counter-balanced via off-center axis] that, as
they rotate, alternately make contact with two wide
extensions from opposite walls of the spacecraft. The
central disc should have shallow spiral-shaped grooves on
both sides for air-bearings, to allow the needed very close
contact with the two outer discs.
I should clarify that each of the two outer discs has
ONLY ONE [counter-balanced] extension, each one pointed
opposite (180 degrees) the extension of the other disc.
VERY CLOSE CONTACT must be made as the disc extensions
slide past the wall extensions in order to conduct the
"Kinemassic" Energy (term coined by the Inventor) from the
discs to the walls in an ALTERNATING CIRCULATION.
The most important factor making it work is that the
discs, extensions, and outer walls of the spacecraft MUST be
made of any material(s) in which a very large majority of the
atoms are of isotopes having "half integral atomic spin",
such as copper (3/2). All other parts, etc., should have a
minority of such atoms. [See the appropriate column of the
table of isotopes in the latest edition of "The Handbook of
Chemistry and Physics."]
Experimenters should use one motor to spin the center
disc, and a 2ND SEPARATE motor to rotate the two outer discs,
so their relative speeds can be varied to establish the
needed conditions for PROPULSION of the spacecraft via
"NEGATIVE WEIGHT" (with the spacecraft's "Kinemassic" field
PUSHING AGAINST the earth's gravitational field, etc.).
If we have to put up a space station, establish Moon
bases, go to Mars, rendezvous with comets, etc., WHY DO IT
THE HARD WAY?!

a big name for itself by making a small model of this work.
