No, that's just it, Paul. Hopkins has claimed for some time that he's
collected these exoglyphs but has been keeping a lid on them so as to have a
check on future cases. Apparently Dave Jacobs has come across the same sort of
thing, and so I understand has Leo Sprinkle. Everyone seems to be sitting on
them. It happens that I've seen a few of them, thru acquaintances of Hopkins,
but only from one set, so I couldn't compare. Hopkins has made vague promises
to come forward with these exoglyphs at some time in the future, but no one's
been able to nail him down on it. I'm ready and waiting to be impressed.

Whew, that's a question. I wrote an article on the Walters case and
general Gulf Breeze area cases. You should be able to find it on many
ParaNet systems, but I don't know the name Jim Speiser gave it.
You can get it from me if you want. Freq or download GB.ZIP.
Ed's book is the proverbial tip of the iceberg.
As for August 6, the six Army deserters said that'll be a special day, and
something special will happen in Gulf Breeze. Several other sources also
said something will happen in Gulf Breeze on that day, which is now past.
I'm writing this on the afternoon of August 6.
At any rate, one of those who mentioned August 6 has a phenomenal hit rate
on predictions relating to the ufo phenomena.

Yeah. I think many are so quick to digitize, poke, prod, enhance and
analyse that they don't use the old-fashioned methods first.
There's certainly a place for edge enhancement via computer etc.,
but the best place to start is with an ordinary magnifying glass.

Yeah, that plays very well. In an AP article in today's paper,
Beason says they came to GB for religious reasons, whatever that may
mean. He said there's no ufo involvement.
However, at least one of the six is on record as asking Pensacola
MUFON members how to get in touch with Cooper.

I don't put much credibility into the GB deserters claims of
the "end of the world". I suspect that they READ something and
decided to act upon it. This case has more holes in than the
swiss cheese I ate for lunch today BUT I cannot discount that
they read something of importance..important enough to take the
kind of action they did..but to get busted by the military, send
to Ft Benning for "de-briefing" and then released to go find
Bill Cooper is something that should leave a BIG audit trail
for all to see.. :^_)

Hmmmmmmm...I'd havta give it a high probability myself. I guess
we'll know when Ole Wild Bill and Timmy resurface in Arizona.
An informed source posed the same question to me tonight.

Yeah, I had a science teacher in grade school that lived
across the street that gave me a piece of 8mm film of a
deliberate hoax. He challenged me and my thoughts of UFO
studies with it, hence I broke out the 75x-250x-500x Gilbert
microscope and found the string that supported it and
reported back on how far (estimated) the object was....
prehistoric methods still work effectively, if not best.

Nope, I've spent the dollars to speak with both of them,
TS is 45, a freelance consultant, musician, definately not
the 15 year olde "seeker" of the "cosmic truth". Besides,
I spoke to Zach's father first, so I have an address in Iowa
for Zach, as well as the number, and it's definately not the
same personna being used for Bill Cooper.

Too bad. I'd like to see if they compare to the egyptian and S. American glyphs.

Somewhere between Seth Speaks and Linda Goodman's Sunsigns :-)
It is interesting to note that Blum like Strieber are both recognized authors
(with bestsellers?) and both have entered the UFO field, even if it's only a
temporary excursion. It seems that if anything, it's now OK for people to come
out of the "UFO closet". Hopefully this will be the beginning of a sort of
movement and UFOlogy will become respectable in the public's eye.
> I guess we'd better ask a "viewer". :-)
I should ask him where I lost my car keys!
As for viewers; I remember a few years ago on a weekly TV show narrated by
Leonard Nimoy (can't remember it's name) that there was an episode on viewers
(or whatever they called them). I remember the show claiming that our military
was experimenting with physics and there was one person who claimed he could
focus on a building in Moscow and actually read papers laying on a person's
desk. This person was a man and I think he was an ex-policeman.
I can't remember much more about it but that was the jist of it.

funny that this comes up....
This afternoon I heard on a radio talk show (FOR THE PEOPLE) that a Ricky White
has come forth and told that his father was one of several men involved in the
JFK assassination. He stated that his father fired 2 of the 3 shots. He is
offering as evidence a high-powered rifle with scope, and a number of pieces of
(written) materials supposed to have been letters or notes passed between the
men. The person telling of the Associated Press report also mentioned that
there was some question about the National Security Agency having ordered the
assassination. A press conference was scheduled for later this afternoon.
The father was supposed to have been a police officer, served in the Marines
with Oswald and had died in a house fire in 1971.
When I got home this evening, I checked with the local radio station and asked
them about it. A shorter version came across the AP wire this afternoon about
1:00 PM. No other reports have come across the wire since 1 PM.
There is one thing I seem to remember about the films of the assassination that
were shown on TV in later years, and from a photo in LOOK that I saw also. One
of the reasons I remember this was that the film was played more than once and
I can recall the commentators talking about how Kennedy's head went backwards,
then he slumped forwards. I also seem to recall that there was a spray of
tissues towards the rear of the car... not the front.

Hmmm... another strange twist taken in this case. Wasn't it
Beason's quasi-"family" that was interviewed in that article mentioned
by Jim Delton? Maybe Beason was told to "play down" the UFO angle with
the threat of sanctions for breaching his security oath.
