Wouldn't be surprised. They've been "hiding" Gulf Breeze for decades! ;-)

Try reading Robert Monroe's "Journeys Out Of the Body", "Far Journeys" and
his soon to be released "Infinite Journeys"... It might be something more
interesting than the other stuff you have dealt with....
Its up to you.

I concur. Wendelle Stevens was my guest for dinner last Friday here
in Rochester. He had "answers" for many of the controversial elements
of the Meier case, however I'm still not convinced of its total
authenticity.
I remain open-minded and will continue to study all aspects of the
case. But quite frankly, there are many local cases that show much
more promise and interest than does this 'old rerun.'

Kurt,
Thanks for the response! I've been working on this concept of using
what I really consider a "space sail" since october of 1980. It's
really very simple. A set of rings, at least 60 meters in diameter,
rotating at or above orbital velocity, could be controlled to do work
under the same 'physics' we use to determine elliptical orbits. The
practical applications allow for space vehicles that could use inexpensive
electrical power, slow/safe speeds in atmospheres, reusable hardware,
the ability to exert a continuous accerleration on a 'platform' mass.
| *-*------tan. velocity The idea is to "throw" a mass into
R | * orbit and using it pull another "platform"
| | * path mass with it. This could be done
| by the use of rings, rotating in
@ @ * opposite directions.
@ I will give you more information

By this time you will have read Dan's reply to the points you raise.
Allow me to nip this in the bud.
You are certainly welcome to hold any and all religious beliefs that
you please. You are free to make whatever connections you wish to
attempt between the UFO experience and your religious viewpoints.
You are *NOT* free to represent these opinions as established fact
(they are not), and were it I, I would be extremely hesitant to make
the sorts of sweeping statements about other groups (i.e. the Jewish
people) that Dan has responded to.
The moment that your postings begin to take a turn towards saving
souls and gathering the flock, I will suggest to you, (in the strongest
terms available) that you take those ideas to one of the many other
echos established for the spreading of the xian faith. These are
scientific echos for the persuit of rational inquiry. If you can
make a good case for a religious connection, please do so. If not,
let's remember that the puropose of Paranet is the study of the paranormal,
not the study of what various religious groups do or do not believe.

Thanks for the moderate tone of your reply to Greg Clawson.
You might want to read the note I've just posted to him. I would
hope that you, and the remainder of the group here, will continue
to be rational in our search.
I will not allow this echo to become a religious battleground. We
are not here to study religion, and, in the final analysis, there
is NO WAY to settle a religious dispute. For that reason, I would
hope that we would all attempt to make our religious connections
(if any) to the UFO issue in as scholarly manner as possible.
Again, thank you for your tempered response. I hope you will not
have to make another such, as I hope Greg will either qualify or
moderate his position.

I'm getting ready to start on the newsletter for our local UFO group
and I'm in dire need of some up-to-date information. If anyone has any
current info on any UFO sightings, especially the one in Belguim,
please leave me a message. Thank you

--------ET echo
I think that the ET echo died about the same time as UFOnet. I
stopped getting it at about that time.....around March.
--------M Corbin
What do you do for a living and how would I get a resume' from
you? Do you want this known?
--------T.s.Bennett
He is the type of person that thrives on the attention that you
give him by giving him "warnings" and excluding him from your net.
The best way is to let him ramble on until he runs out of steam
and ignore him.
-------Things that bump in the night
ATTENTION all you conspiracy freaks!!! We should be hearing something
in the public media soon about the F-22/23 that is rumored to be in testing
at Nellis AFB. So get those imaginations cranked up and lets see if we
can come up with some really bizaar stories to explain how Alien technology
created these new aerospace vechicles. Maybe they are made out of the
magic element 115 that Lazar speaks about? Maybe they can go supersonic
and not make a boom? Or they use hidden magnetic grids controlled by
a alien command post in Dulce? What other tricks can the all powerful
evil minds of your local government have hidden in Area 51?
So watch a couple of episodes of Twilight Zone and put forth your
most wack'o story......your might even become famous and be interviewed
by Hard Copy.
Enjoy,
David Winters
