MAGNETIC MAPS
Bill Cooper's Downfall

Subject: water-powered engines?
Date: 6 May 90 07:02:30 GMT

According to the Associated Press, Yoshiro Nakamatsu, who invented the floppy
disk, has unveiled an engine that runs ON WATER ALONE at an inventor's
convention near Pittsburgh.

I'd like to hear comments on the possibility of this. We've certainly heard
free energy stories before, but this is happening here and now. Does anyone
know anything about how this engine supposedly runs?

Could be Jim, I honestly don't know. I was thinking back to the days of
elementary school science and the experiment consisting of a bar magnet, a
piece of paper and iron filings. When the filings are sprinkled on the paper
and the paper is tapped, the filings moved and sort-of formed lines. Whether or
not these lines are fixed in place or changable as in isobar lines I don't
know.
If they are fixed, or if there are strong/weak spots of magnetism, I would
think there would be a map showing these locations ('course I could be wrong.
Wouldn't be the first time!)

Actually I'm looking to see if there is some sort of pattern. For instance,
why are UFOs "hanging around" certain areas? They seem to come to an area like
the Hudson Valley, Gulf Breeze, Fyffe Alabama; stay around for a while and then
go away. What is in these areas that are of interest to the UFOnauts? Whatever
(or whoever) they are, they seem to have purpose but what is the purpose?

So Jim, if you could tell me the answers to the mysteries of life, I'd
appreciate it :-)

Hi Mike.
Glad to see you back on line again and hope all is well with you
and yours.

Back on 03/08/90, I sent you a T-120 and a check to cover handling
for a copy of the original 9 segments of the Lazar interview on
KLAS. This is about the same time you were in process of moving
to Las Vegas and I'm wondering if you ever received this package
or if it got lost in the cross-country shuffle. (The check has
not yet been returned to my bank). If you haven't gotten it yet,
please let me know and I'll have my bank put a stop-payment on it.

I would still like to see this material and would also like to
impose upon you for a copy of the latest material when it becomes
available, just let me know what I should do from this end.

Best regards and many thanks,

Don S.

Jim, I made not get to the conference, but I noticed you would be at the
Holiday Inn on Collins in Miami Beach.

My family and I stayed there for a week a few years ago; it was great!

The only problem was that there was only one elevator to serve all the
floors of the hotel, and the waits were long at times.

My recommendation is, get a room on the second floor....

But, by this time they may have installed another elevator....

Look again, Tim. Do you remember that footage where the UFO circles a tree?
First of all, a site inspection revealed that tree isn't even there (no stump,
no hole, nada). That indicates some kind of double exposure. Second, remember
the sequence where the UFO winks out at one point, and "jumps" across the
frame to another location? Do you remember how the ambient lighting in the
frame became just a touch darker when the UFO reappeared? Doesn't that
indicate to you that the sun went behind a cloud WHILE THE CAMERA WAS TURNED
OFF? There's a whole slew of other evidence as well. But really, how much
evidence do you need? A bunch of "carved" (they were actually crafted in
detail) models is enough for me.

Oh, sure, IF it was convenient and not too expensive. I just wouldn't go to
all the trouble discussed before. But then, if they were advanced enough,
maybe it wouldn't be so much trouble. OK, point taken.

Believe me, I'd love to think otherwise, but from my experience with
mainstream journalists, this is all a product of sweeps month. I don't think
George Knapp is to blame, I'm sure he'd love to do these stories as often as
possible, but I'm also sure he knows he could NEVER run a serious feature on
UFOs at any time other than February, May and November.

"The answer is peanut butter."

Actually, there are several suggested patterns of apparent UFO interest. The
more obvious ones, like nuclear facilities and power lines, are well-known and
discussed often. But one interesting "UFO Attractor" is, of all
things, limestone quarries. I'm aware of at least three separate sightings at
limestone quarries. Matter of fact, I think Bryon Smith put me onto one.
Whaddya make of that?

You mentioned something about the Senate select committee on intelligence
while you discussed Woodward's book on the CIA...

First of all, very little intelligence is found on the democrat portion of
the committee, which makes the phrase a contradiction in terms.

Secondly, anyone who believes much of what Woodward writes is only fooling
himself with Woodward's help.

I'd believe Nostradamus before I'd believe Woodward, and I'm not very good
in Latin or French.

Come to think of it, I'd believe the supermarket sheets before Woodward.

At least the UFO stories are interesting; Woodward is a liberal hack.

Well,I can certainly tell that you spend alot of time reading
..Hate to disappoint you,but you're WRONG on all but the very first
sentence of your response. Do some homework, then come back and debate
with me. Give specifics.

Better yet, goto your local library and check out the book for yourself
and read it. If you haven't read it, then how can you make such a
critique?

BTW, "All the President's Men" was quite an expose' on Watergate.

Also,if you HAD read the book I mentioned in my post then you
would have *known* that Woodward had several personal interviews
with Bill Casey, but I guess you "automagically" knew that didn't
you?

The post is directed towards someone who has HAD former intelligence
background and who could answer the questions I posed.

I was hoping that someone like Robert Klinn or Bill English would
respond,,but gee...I keep forgetting this is the FIDO echo :_)

I am no expert on geomagnetics, but I do know that the field has been
extensively mapped. On every topographic map put out by the Defense
mapping agency, there is information telling you the difference between
magnetic North and true North. Civilian topo maps have the same
information. Ttry contacting the U.S. geological survey, who are
normally eager to provide information at a nominal cost.

As far a prostitution goes... It is legal, but NOT in Clark County,
where Lazar would/should have been. Also, it must be a licensed and
legitimate business <grin>... only it's semi-controlled by MOB figures,
and NO one gets in for long without a fight!

I, myself, have wondered about whether or not UFO sightings occur
more around certain areas than others. Another thing I've noticed,
while doing some research back to 1947, is that most UFO sightings seem
to occur during the summer months rather than during the winter. As
soon as I get through with my research, I see if there seems to be a
pattern. Also, I don't know a lot about physics, but I was wondering.
Does the air temperature affect magnetic lines of force? If anyone out
there knows, let me know.

I'm glad to see Cooper get what he deserves but am a bit upset with Lear's
admission that he and "another person" dreamed up the Krill material. Wasn't
Lear and/or Moore involved with the UFO Coverup Live TV show? How much material
on there was "dreamed up" ? and why did Lear admit to this? There seems to be a
movement to "come clean"; first Moore and now Lear and who's this other person
that helped with the Krill papers? Why are people fessin' up to things which
may never have been discovered if only they kept their mouth's shut?

Thanks for the report Mike, wish I could get this TV show out here.
