I personally feel that the "black helicopter" scenario is just
another feature of the UFO phenomena that is more noise than
signal.

At the risk of getting too far off topic, I will say that I think it is
exceedingly difficult to have a successfull consipiracy that can be
controlled for any length of time unless it has only a handfull of
members. It strikes me as very unlikely that there has been a long rem
(term) drug importation consipiracy involving Bush or anyone else other
then the importatino of drugs as something peripheral to some other
operation and done for purposes of "cover". We have seen a couple of
very high level, essentially or actually White House level conspiracies
wash up on the rocks because too many people knew what was going on and
those involved very few people but it was still too many to keep the
secret. In most, if not all, cases, it's not that the secret isn't
out, it is simply that the apathetic citizenry of this country don't
really care what is going on even when it is rubbed in their face as
long as it doesn't directly and personally affect their immediate
living situation. Bush importing drugs, even if true and provable,
simply doesn't matter to most people, it is simple too large a concept.
Now if they found out he had fixed a traffic ticket, they would be
outraged because they also get traffic tickets, but since they don't
also traffic with the international drug cartels, they don't feel it is
germane to them.

So you're saying that you know for sure Believer Bill isn't Walters?

I didn't see any rage either. Looks just like a guy standing there
holding his arms up for the picture.

Lots of USAF aircraft, for example, are a very dark grey color and
have their markings in black outline. The markings aren't visible
unless you're up close. Go to almost any Air Force base and you can
see "black" C-130s.

Forgive me if I bring up old stuff here, but I must ask.

In a recent conversation with a friend at work, an alternative explanation
was proposed by him for the apparent Truman signature "fraud" exposed by
Klass.

This is good for paranoid afficianados:

Has it occurred to anyone that Klass may have been "duped"? In other
words, perhaps this signature was attached to a fake "memo", planted in
the library or wherever Klass claims to have found it, and then whoever
planted it sends Klass there to find it for himself. Perhaps, if there
is a conspiracy of silence/disinformation, Klass is being unwittingly used
by the powers that be to "debunk" the MJ-12 document(s).

Or, perhaps Klass is lying?

Just an idea....

# file you will see reference two photo's that were included. What

Doubt that photos would be much help--this story needs a lot of
rewriting.

# The Alledged C/R of the 11/89 "Alien Starfighter"
^^^^^^^^

Glad the author of this piece said that.

#
# UFO sightings in the Ontario region had intensified in the 1980's,
# specifically, around nuclear power generating stations. On Nov.
# 4, 1989 at 20:00 hrs Canadian Defense Dept. radars picked up a
# globe shaped object travelling at phenomenal speed over Carp,
# Ontario. The UFO abruptly stopped, and dropped like a stone.

My understanding is that radar only shows up a blip. Is this wrong? If
it only shows a blip, then how did they know it was a sphere? Then the
object, 'cuse me, sphere, stops and drops like a rock. It didn't just
disappear off the screen. Sounds like a rehash of dialogue from a 50's
B-grade science fiction movie.

#
# Canadian and American Security Agencies were immediately notified
# of the landing. Monitoring satellites traced the movements of the

Why would Canadian Defense notify American security agencies? By
security agencies does the author mean DoD, CIA, NSA, etc.?

#
# The ship had landed in deep swamp near Corkery Road. Two AH-64
# Apaches and a UH-60 Blackhawk headed for the area the following
# night. The helicopters carried full weapon loads. They were part
# of a covert American unit that specialized in the recovery of alien
# craft.

Why weren't the Canadians the first in? After all, this is happening on
their sovereign soil. This thing is starting to get bizaare.

#
# Now the Blackhawk landed, as men exploded from its open doors. In
# seconds the six man strike team had entered the UFO through a 7
# metre hatchless, oval portal. No resistance was encountered. At
# the controls, 3 dead crewman were found.

The sophomoric prose style is giving me headaches; "men exploded from
its open doors."
Give me a break. You just got an F in my creative
writing class. BTW, why was the hatch left open to the elements? If
this was some sort of alien fighter craft, I would find it highly
improbable that they'd leave themselves open to such risk like this.
Further, I would have to presume that with technology such as they seem
to possess they could have seen us coming miles away. So why weren't
the choppers zapped as soon as they cleared cover? Maybe they took a
rest period and we caught them napping! That tearing noise you hear is
my credulity starting to tear.

#
# With the ship captured, the US Air Force, Pentagon, and Office of
# Naval Intelligence were notified. Through the night a special team
# of technicians had shut-down and disassembled the sphere. Early
# the next morning Nov. 6, 1989 construction equipment and trucks
# were brought into the swamp. The UFO parts were transported to a
# secret facility in Kanata, Ontario.

Again, where are the Canadians--taking a holiday?? Why not just fly the
pieces out under the cover of darkness? It could be easily arranged
with a couple of huge cargo choppers. Crate the pieces and load them
into a container. The chopper drops down; the container is fixed to the
chopper and off it goes with a full belly. Trucks and construction
equipment make too much fuss. The choppers are an oddity, but can be
explained away as a military exercise--after all that is something that
is normal for the area, or so this piece says. Note the following:

#
# As a cover story the locals were informed that a road was being
# built through the swamp. No smokescreen was needed for the
# military activity as Canadian forces regularly train in the Carp
# region. Officially nothing unusual was reported in the area.
#

#
# The ship was partially reassembled at the underground facility in
# Kanata. Unlike previous recoveries this one is pure military.
# Built as a "Starfighter" it is heavily armed and armored. In

This is where this whole thing really breaks down for me--SNAP. My
credulity is gone forever. The "Starfighter" (remember the movie--The
Last Starfighter) is heavily armed and armored. It has weapons that
make ours look like pea-shooters. And we knocked them out without them
getting off a shot. Frankly, at this point, the rest of the story falls
into little bitty pieces and isn't worth my time to finish commenting.

Don, thanks for posting this. With a lot of work it might make a
reasonable science fiction story. As it stands, the holes in this story
are so obvious that IMHO it deserves to be trashed.

Here we have what is purported to be an alien military craft. This says
that the aliens know something about warfare. The author says that the
alien craft is heavily armed and armored. He or she (it ??) implies
that their technology is vastly superior to ours. The aliens set down
in a swampy area of Canada. Then, the Americans sneak up on them while
they are taking a poddy-break and gas the socks off of them. What, the
aliens didn't have automatic defense systems to warn them of impending
danger? Every combat soldier that I know knows that you keep on the
alert when in hostile territority--it is just good smarts. Never
underestimate your enemy.

The rest of the tall tale I leave to others. I still don't quite
understand why the Canadian military is excluded from most of the
action. Canada is not part of the US last time I checked.

Nonetheless, congrats Don.

#1 he got a video of it. #2 other people saw it ( At the same time )
#3 he was very frightened, and #3 He is well known by some close friends
of mine. Also, he hasn't tried to go after attention. I know all of
