What is so suprising that they won't articualte what it is they are
expecting? That would put them in the position of saying something
that could later be shown to have been correct or incorrect. By making
vague allusions of "something disquieting" happening "soon" they will
almost assuredly be correct. Something disquieting happens every year
or so, always has, always will.

The significance is that the words "Teller at Malta" can be rearranged
to say "Me a Tall Tatler" meaning the Teller has some highly important
information to convey and he is on the verge of doing so even though
his "handlers" are trying to stop him from doing so.

You may be right regarding their not articulating what they may think
is coming up. If nothing definite is stated there is no true test of
their hypothesis. In Ad hoc form it leaves open the, "I told you
something was going to happen" argument which is, most assuredly, not
science. This is one thing that I fell is imperative to UFO
investigations/research -- that the scientific method be applied to it.
So far, I have not really seen a tremendous (if any) effort to
legitimize the area according to standard scientific procedures. As
long as that does not happen, then it will be very hard to recruit any
true consideration of the area by the scientific community.

Well, I think it has significance on at least two levels, providing it's
confirmed. I haven't been able to confirm it, though.
First, what's the Star Wars guru doing at a tete-a-tete, plain-speaking
summit between Bush & Mr. G? Just on the level of Realpolitik, Teller's
presence hints that something is up. Are we going to share Star Wars
technology? Are we trying to persuade the Russians it's defensive &
harmless and go full speed ahead? Teller's presence would mean something on
the geopolitical level alone.
On the speculative level, much ink has been spilled about Star Wars'
"real" intention. Our august ex-President, Mr. Reagan, is well-remembered
around here for saying three times to three different audiences (the first
of which was Mikhail Gorbachev) that Star Wars would protect us from alien
invasion. And the Russians have often said that a UFO sighting could
actually TRIGGER a nuclear exchange if we go ahead with SDI.
So if Teller was there, it certainly means something.

My thoughts and feelings about the changes that are all ready underway are
not all good. While some will recognize certan things and come into a
greater understanding of the events, and supernatural occurrences, others
will be left to their own beliefs and/or paranoia of the things they
believe. These examples have all ready manifested themselves through certan
people who are involved in the UFO research field, and the thought process
involved with the subject of UFOs. I believe the reason for this is that
UFO researchers are involved with the "signs" being provided by these beings
to witnesses. More or less directly watching the movement of these beings
while they do what it is they are doing. UFO researchers are more or less
on the front line and it is important they widen their scope of
possibilities and consider there is more to the UFO phenomena than just
either a "hoax" or not a "hoax," and even consider these beings to be more
than "just aliens," but to consider at least some of them to have abilities
that may go beyond the abilities or limitations we may attatch to the term
"alien." Not needing "devices" in order to preform certain tasks, some of
which may appear to be quite miraculous. The abilitiy to "beam" in and out
of places very quickly, the ability to affect things at a distance, the
ability to create illusions, and some will use illusions to deceive people
with, it's a type of "mental warfare."

The same mission they have always had, they just change their tatics on the
outside, or what is apparent to the public. Again this is where the mind
games come in, they use things that people are more likely to believe. They
have had their "firey chariots" since they have been on Earth but in that
day some of them were worshiped as "gods" while others did little more than
observe our reactions. Today we see these "firey chariots" as "UFOs" and
believe in "aliens" instead of "gods," those of them who choose to deceive
someone for whatever the reason will use something the people would expect,
or might accept. Because of their tatics we must be very careful not to
place "labels" on things or expect a certain shape of UFO to be from a
certain source. These beings are able to duplicate things, and make carbon
copies of craft used by "what I might refer to as friendlies." I just use
this as an example of how "lables" & "images" can be misused &
misunderstood, as well as deliberately misleading. Rather like a false I.D.
card might be used by a spy. This is why the mental "games" are so critical
now and why we must be aware of the tatics being used. It's important that
UFO investigators expand their thoughts to cover certain other areas that
many have been missing in their research. They need to consider why certain
things and evidence have not fallen into place as it should have. They also
need to take known "evidence" and reconsider certain questions. Why the
"shell" of a UFO found in 1947 with nothing in it that our scientists could
recognize as "controls" or "wires" or anything that could be related to
instruments, controls, or a power plant. Why the hieroglyphics on the small
beams ? Who else has used a written language simular to this in the past ?
Where did they learn it from ? What was their culture and their religions
like during that time ? What was their opinion of the "UFOs" they saw
during that time, and what did the beings desire of the people ?
What are they doing now ? Playing mind games with select individuals, as
well as with our military. Testing us, teasing us, perhaps setting us up
for something they have planed for the future, perhaps near future (as in
1-3 years). Perhaps a plan set in motion years ago and being carried out in
stages.
I believe they have both the ability to clone people as well as to affect
the minds of individuals. I do not think they need "implants" to affect or
control the minds of selected people, I think the concept of "implants" only
strengthens a different type of "mind hold" on the public who believe in
"aliens" and "UFOs." I think it's something to throw investigators off the
trail and need not actually physically function. Like filling your "riddle"
full of "cement" to make it "harder" to figure out.
If they have the ability to affect people in high government and military
positions then they may very well be the ones with their fingers on the
button and not us. If certain high government personal knew even some of
the abilities and reasoning behind these beings then it may become clear the
subject is truly "above top secret." First of all they would know these
beings they have been dealing with are not to be trusted. They may also
know they can be very dangerous, and vertually impossible to defend against
should they be provoked.
I do not believe these beings are intimidated by our military, I believe
there is something else keeping them more or less in check. Perhaps the
"friendlies" I mentioned earler are involved, I believe they are.
Human thoughts and emotions are being affected world wide, and are either
the cause or the effect of the events we are now witness to.
Being afraid is not the answer, they can use our own fear against us as
effectively as any weapon, but being carful, watchful, and truthful to
ourselves as well as with others is very important. If deception is a
device being used against us in this "mental war" then we must rid ourselves
of deceiving "things," "thoughts," & "concepts" that are misleading our
investigations.
The military plays war games constantly in order to better train their
solders as well as to study both the strengths and weaknesses of their
enemies. This "war-game" has factors to consider that are very hard to
discover or to understand. Why do they have war-games ? Just in case they
must go to war, or in case they are planning a war. This is why I say the
events taking place now, Russia, Germany, etc. are very important factors
and must be considered.

I viewed the KLAS-TV tape last night (thanks, T.S. - I got a dub from the
one you sent to Charlie Wren). I thought it was quite excellent, and aside
from the credulity about Billy Meier, wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as
something to be shown to other journalists who want a quick primer on the
subject. Some of you who have extra copies might consider sending them along
to your local news outlets. It would be a shame to let such a good video go
to waste, when minds can be influenced....
It certainly was comprehensive - I can't think of anything important that
wasn't at least touched on in the video. What a monumental editing job! Must
have taken months to produce.

Even in the Bible it describes a UFO or two. The one example that comes
to mind is EZEKIAL's machine. I understand that someone or other, using
his primitive descriptions, built a machine from them, and it turned out
to be an interesting type of helicopter. There are pictures of UFOs on
the walls of Medieval Monestary Churches, in the Pyramids of Egypt, in
the ruins of the Maya in the Yucatan Pen. of Mexico (which I saw for
myself about 4 years ago). I am sure there are many other places where
UFOs have been recorded, which serve to "prove" that we have been under
surveliance by somewhat benevolant beings for centuries. But.... are
these beings from another star system, another dimension, or from fabled
"Atlantis"? Is the current Peristoroika & Glasnost happening at the
prodding of these beings, in order to avert a worldwide calamity? Why
dont they just land one of their disks in the middle of the stadium
during the Super Bowl or something? Sure they havent gone out of their
way to hide really, but the only way the governments of the world are
going to quit trying to pretend that they dont exist, is if the ETs bring
their existanct to the people in a way that cannot be covered up by any
of the world governments. Too bad they cant land one at the U.N. THAT
would sure wake people up!! But if these beings have been taking a
non-interference attitude all these centuries, when will they stop
playing hide and seek with us humans? Since Mr. Lazar's revalations show
that the disks arent invulnerable, (referring to the one with the 5" hole
through the bottom to the top of one of the disks), what is the hold up
on all of this. I dont see any reason why they should be hidden any more.
But someone obviously does. What is the big dark secret as to the why?
Is it just another power ploy of the government to keep the civilians
under their thumbs? That is pretty likely, dont you think so? I for one
would jump at the chance to become involved with such aliens. Imagine how
much we can learn from them! But how can we learn from them, if the
government keeps the wraps on it indefinetly? Or is the government doing
that because they have been told to, BY the aliens? Has anyone made use
of the "Freedom of Information Act" and gotten any information from the
Government that way?
I know, lots of questions, and not much in the way of answers, but I'm
sure that others have similar questions.
