The Bob Lazar "red herring" pay stub controversy!
This file is for all you "regular guys" out there who
have always gotten a regular paycheck, with regular info on
it like Social Security #, deductions taken out for
F.I.C.A., and taxes etc., and think that because of your
experience, that the people working at various phases of
"government employ" recieve the same sort of paycheck and
stubs. WRONG!
This is supportive factual evidence from my experience
to let people understand that the "pay stub" controversy
concerning Lazar is a smoke screen.
Years ago, before "equal opportunity laws" and FOIA was
enacted, I did some work at Naval Ordnance Test Center out
at China Lake, CA, near Edwards AFB. I was required to take
an oath (common procedure) and given a fairly low level
security clearance.
For my work which continued on and off for two months, I
was paid by check by the "government contractor" who had
hired me as an "independent subcontractor". These checks I
got were GOOD AS GOLD, I deposited them in my account and
spent the money. They had no markings on them whatsoever, no
deductions were taken out, no names of the contractor or
anyone else were printed on them, and the signature of the
authorized account signatory was illegible at best.
I was a big boy then, and I'm a big boy now, I have only
been an employee, i.e. been employed by an employer three
times in my life! All other income has been made by me as
the sole owner of my company. When you are a big boy
independent subcontractor and make your own money, you have
to be responsible to pay your taxes. If you dont declare
your income and the government finds out, you are in deep
cahcah. WHEN YOU WORK FOR THE GOVERNMENT AS A SUBCONTRACTOR,
THE DEPARTMENT THAT PAYS YOU SUBMITS AN ACCOUNTING OF WHAT
YOU HAVE BEEN PAID DIRECTLY TO IRS! Then at the appropriate
time when your tax return comes down the pike and you are
found by the IRS to have not reported the income that
the government paid you, you are just STUPID! Scientists and
others in government employ are generally not stupid, or if
they are they hire an accountant to balance their accounts
and pay proper taxes. The point is that there are thousands
of independent subcontractors working for contractors that
contract with the government. None of the checks have to
have anything printed on them except the bank numbers at the
bottom, and the proper scribble on the signature line.
As a matter of course, and double protection, banks
microfiche ANY CHECK DEPOSITED IN ANY ACCOUNT, OVER $500 and
are required to keep those records for at least three years.
Let's get behind the movement for CONGRESSIONAL AMNESTY.
and stop arguing over dead chickens.

I joined, but haven't received anything either.

-> The two things that I reminded Billy to find out from
->Lazar were the FREQUENCY OF THE "GRAVITY WAVE", and the
->ATOMIC WEIGHT OF THE ELEMENT 115.

Aha, an attempt at some kind of verification. Good thinking. BUT...when and
if he ever answers you, how will you know he is right? Is there a published
projection of what the atomic weight of element 115 would be? I know it
would be something around 230, and if *I* know that much from 11th grade
chemistry, chances are any fool could throw a bunch of extra decimal places
on the end and make it sound good.

But its good to see you at least taking a shot at verification. Despite my
dislike of some of your attitudes, I must say I appreciate your efforts in
this area.

I think that all the information coming out of Nevada is more then
interesting.
I appreciate all the hard work the researchers at KLAS have done.
But........
I'm sorry my humor or sense of sinchronicity (SP?) gets the best of
me here, but hasn't anyone commented that KLAS, sounds very much
like a very verbal person from CISCOP?
Forgive me folks, I had to mention it!!!!

do little to interest the scientific community in becoming involved
in UFO research. What is needed is to develop hypotheses prior to
the gathering of data and then to test the hypothese with the data
obtained. It is a simple matter of knowing how to make and test
hypotheses according to the scientific method. We are in agreement.
