-> =>At last TV has presented a fairly good piece on the
-> =>Roswell Incident. Unsolved Mysteries

I agree! I thought it was excellent! Not, perhaps, the journalistic
treatment I would some day like to see, but it definitely has the potential
to start the process in motion.

Yes, Jim, I agree that the journalistic treatment was slightly biased
and somewhat sensational. Hope for more serious treatments! Has
anyone had any luck finding those archeology students who happened to
see the Roswell craft?? Somewhere I heard something about the Univ of
Pennsylvania. Maybe an add in the alumni magazine??

No, my surname really is Martin, & I really am Italian ( well son of
Italians anyway). Its just that my origins are from a region of Italy,
where the local dialect is similar to Italian, except that vowels tend
to be left off the end of words. This also applies to place names & to
family names. The region is called Friuli, & it is in the north-east;
near Venice. Anyway, enough talk about my funny name.
As far a physics goes, umm, well... I am a bit rusty ( I have been a
computer programmer for two years, from when I graduated)but here
goes:
1. Some form of nuclear power.
2. Energy from matter-Antimatter anhiliation.
3. Electromagnetic Levitation
4Manipulation of fabric the universe ( ie folding the space-time
continuum).
5. Some kind of helicopter technology ( very quiet technology )
6. V8 internal combustion engine. <GRIN>
7. Etc

I could probably think of a few more, I think.
You could probably consider points 1. & 2. as being similar in some
ways, however, point 2. is probably more practical as far as power to
weight ratios go; as long as you can find enough antimatter.

Point 3. could be possible for an extremly lightweight craft ( probably
remote controlled ) which can generate very high magnetic fields( maybe
with superconductors ) . This would enable the craft to fly using the
Earths magnetic field. There could be some difficulty around the North
& South magnetic poles.

Point 4. : who knows???

5. Maybe eclosed rotors , or two counter-rotating rotors could be made
quiet enough to give a very nice ufo effect.

6. Just joking

The above are my ideas , but I might find some more Ideas if I can get
around to hunting down some of those physics papers that you talked
about. Personally, I don't know of an "new" research.

I have started to read some of the files in Paranet, & I find some of
them very thought-provoking; almost frightning <FROWN>.
Some things are very difficult to believe, yet they seem... believable.
I don't know what to make of it.

Subject: Moore on Moore

Excerpted from a recent letter from Bill Moore:

<< Considering the three ring circus the UFO community was rapidly
becoming, I think the time had come to blow the whistle on government
disinformation about UFOs and provide some much needed counterpoint to the
Lear-Cooper material. One of the key points in that mess, at least to me,
was that I was able to establish a direct connection between one of Lear's
"confidential" sources and the very same office in Washington that was
responsible for directing much of the effort against Bennewitz. That,
coupled with the fact that much of Lear's material was an embellished
regurgitation of the same fluff they fed Paul, told me what I needed to
know about Lear...

Government disinformation about UFOs has been going on for a long time. My
goal is to try to stop it by exposing it to the public, and at the same
time, uncover what is behind it. What I did in Las Vegas began the first
part of this process. There will be more to come. The next issue of FOCUS
(circulation now about 500) will carry more...

If the UFO community is upset by what I'm doing, it certainly hasn't shown
in the dozens of calls and more than 100 letters I have received. So far,
supporters outnumber critics by a ratio of more than 8 to 1! >>

The jury is STILL out on this matter, folks, and for better or for worse,
Moore & Co. are STILL in the driver's seat. I say let's wait it out some
more.

-> =>1) Who has the original mj-12 papers.

No one knows. The photo negatives of the documents are in the possession of
Bill Moore.

-> =>2) They did not address what happened to the saucer that
-> =>was at the crash

Allegedly taken to one of several AF bases, most likely Wright Field.

-> =>3) What happened to the people from the archeological digs
-> =>that the show
-> =>said also view the craft, the bodies and the Army Air Corp.
-> =>personal at
-> =>the site.

No one has traced the archaeology students, except as Don says, they were
probably from the Univ. of Penna. The bodies are allegedly in deep freeze,
again at one or several AF Bases or scientific facilities, possibly Sandia.
The AAC personnel have never been identified, and have kept quiet all these
years.
