Here is a copy of the water sample that was collected in
Gulf Breeze, Florida by Ed Walters as part of his UFO experience.
Please note that the water found in the bucket was a mixture of
tap water and salt water. Not necessarily an unusual find for
the area that it was found in.

Moore's recent note, quoted here, still dances around the nagging question:
if the horrible parts ofthe Lear-Cooper-Bennewitz story are government
disinformation, why were they issued? What purposes does the release of
such grisly stuff serve? Unfortunately, I think most of the possible
answers to this are unpleasant, so I'm not surprised that this question is
not asked more often.
In passing: I am impressed by the Admiral Crowe's candor and his public
accessibility in his tenure as head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He
was the first man in that post to get a high-level tour of Soviet defenses
and hardware. He is stepping down from his post and retiring soon, and I'd
like to see him interviewed about the whole MJ12 controversy, though I realize
the chances of him ever being able to speak about it are slim and none.

Interesting Mike... however, there are some problems with this. No, I am not defending Moore, but I do think a more carefull examination is needed.
First of all, Bennowitz was involved with Dr. Sprinkle prior to all of this. A woman had claimed she was abducted and implanted by aliens, and carted off to an underground base. ( the root of the beginning).
Dr. Bennowitz then decided to see if he could detect the electromagnetic
signals utilized by the "aliens" to manipulate the abductee with and to create
a "protection" device in order to prevent further manipulation.
Then Moore became involved, and he states:
"There is no question that Paul was receiving some low frequency
electromagnetic signal on his equipment."
He also then relates how, Bennewitz saw things in photographs, insisted
they were there, that nobody else saw. Bennowitz also begun to collect guns, chain smoke, shake, suffer from insomnia. Moore states he consoled Bennowitz to stop thinking about UFO's. However, it simply could not be done.

What is interesting, is that Bennowitz already had an idea as to what it was
he was looking for, and set out to find it. Did he find *something*? What followed was a barage of disinformation. As a result, due to Bennowitz's inability to "filter" the information, suffered from mental collapse. Moore observed this.
Now, was it simply words on a piece of paper that created all of this confusion for Bennowitz? (Could be so, look at what it achieves in this echo). Or, is the greater significance lie in the low electromagnetic frequencies in conjunction with the information? If so, then is it UFO related? Or something else? (Which is the question Moore leaves open).
It is interesting to see how this information is still being spread around. Moore then states: " I do know from first-hand experience that there was a tremendous amount of government disinformation involved, and that a large proportion of what we are hearing today about malevolant aliens, undergound bases and secret treaties with the U.S. Government has its roots firmly planted in the Bennowitz affair."
Also, if you think about it, you will find that those who are exposed to the dissinformation proceedures that Bennowitz underwent, the individuals wind up collecting guns, getting paranoid, etc. However, those who are sufficiently insulated from it, do not.
Now, I would like to ask you to do one thing Mike. Look for Jami Morgan's message in the UFO echo, and answer her message. Keep an open mind, and you will see another side of the coin. Same area, an on going experience, but a different perspective.
It appears that whatever dominates the "informational feeds" to the individual has the upper hand/control. It is obvious the process was well underway before Moore became involved. The suggestives, to Bennowitz were entertained prior to Moore's appearance on the scene, when Bennowitz was working with Sprinkle, and he became convinced the woman was implanted. Now, the question should be asked -- did Bennowitz originally believe it was aliens? Or something else? This is something that must be considered. The crucial question which needs to be answered, is just exactly when and where did Bennowitz fall into the new behavior pattern? Also, how much "fluff" existed prior to Moore's involvement in the situation?
Ethics is a matter of creating a set standard for judging moral character. It
is difficult to determin if we can drag ethics into this since there are so
many standards that are not in agreement. Perhaps this is the greater problem,
because ethics and integrety are continuously challenged. Wouldn't honesty and
trust be more appropriate terms? How many will admit a position of compromise
due to these very things? Censorship is the worse form of "disinformation".

Linda,
Good points that you make about Moore and Bennewitz. One thing that should
also be considered is how deep and complex is this game that is being
played? Assuming that Bennewitz was on a course of self destruction before
Moore entered into the picture, it is not determined that someone else was
involved with Bennewitz prior to Moore's intervention who was laying the
foundation for the latter results. Also with the low frequency stuff, this
could very well have been something that was done on an earthly level to
test the behavioral responses on Bennewitz. All in all, this whole things
gets very strange. With regards to Sprinkle: I talked to a person who had
an experience with Sprinkle and was very unimpressed with his attitudes.
There is something happening on the psychological level with respect to this
that concerns me as well. I have always thought that a doctor should not
mix his personal belief system with medical practice. As we may recall, Dr.
Corder was relieved of his ability to practice medicine due to his rather
unorthodox belief system. In comparison, Dr. Sprinkle and Dr. Corder's
belief systems do not vary substantially. Sprinkle advocates a lot of new
age philosophy as a basis for why people are experiencing what they are. I
have found in my research that there is a tendancy for folks to respond in
rather bizarre ways following therapy with someone who holds these belief
systems. They are so far out of reality and are just as difficult to
comprehend as the experience itself. So, are these people who are
interacting with folks like Sprinkle getting any benefit or are they just
deteriorating mentally? When you ask this question, you come to the
obvious: Are folks like Sprinkle acting rationally and on their own or are
they carrying out some elaborate mind control experiment with people to see
what the results are? I am not advocating any conspiracy theory here, but
there are observable reactions going on here. They are becoming too
widespread to ignore. I have talked to many people who are talking the same
thing. People are literally flipping out over this fantasy mind game and
they are losing all ability to discern reality from fantasy. Combine this
with the material that has come out of the post world war CIA mind control
experiments that have been discussed here before and voilla! we seem to have
something very unusual going on here. So, with this in mind, it would
appear that this game has been going on for nearly forty years and it is
quite complex and intensified. There could be something to this and I feel
that it should be investigated. If Moore is involved, we owe it to
ourselves to get to the bottom of this and counteract it. Some of the most
respected figures in UFOlogy have been victim to it. Keyhoe, Ruppelt and
others were targeted as well.

I have just talked with William Morrow and Company about the upcoming book
release from Ed Walters on Gulf Breeze. It seems that the original release
date of November 1989 has been postponed for March 1990. This is due to a
problem that the publisher has encountered with the infamous photographs.
In an exclusive interview with ParaNet, the publisher related that there has
been some information come in that could show that the photographs
are hoaxed and they are going to put them through another battery of tests.
