There is a consensus amoung some that it is "personal computers" that are
being tampered with, and not military computers.... As long as power is on, any
piece of equipment can be tampered with from a distance. The capabilities
exists at a very human level and are well documented. Is this just one man's
interpretation? Or have you fully accepted this particular approach to the
Kalachakra?

I was somewhat perplexed myself in regards to the insignia, and the article in
UFO Magazine, as I had already read a CI$ conference done last year by the
Coynes [May 29th 1988 transcript] where Jim Speiser himself asked what the
symbol was, Shirley gave details about it. (In other words, she either forgot
about the symbol revelation on CI$, or did not realize the .CO would be
available for general downloading?). Living in an area where there are choppers
galore, of course would make it possible for them to feel like there are
helicopters all over the place.

The symbol itself is heavily heralded in "occult" circles (no pun intended).
The exact colour is somewhat "universal" (such as the Tau and other like
symbols found when archeologest scoured every little nook and cranny back in
the 1800's - early 1900's). It was brought up in such books as "Road In The
Sky" by George Hunt Williamson, also elaborated on in a book called "The Land
of Mu" (which coincidently utilized much of Adamskies work to reference his
material) Great details on this "symbolic language" and it's relationship to
the UFO's. I had created a file about it, but never put it out. I decided to
not make anymore files for awhile. So, with the "frame of mind" of the
individual who saw it, they would of course associate the symbol along those
lines. It is like the deliberate insertion of the "trilateral symbol" in the
so called Aquarius document.

I am curious about where the "fully documented" abilities of tampering
are expounded...are you talking about viruses in computers? (I am the
TRavelers Insurance companies' Anti-Virus counter-terrorist and would

Why waste good money on a magazine which is as obviously full of hogwash
as the National Enquirer, its probably put out by the same people. At any
rate I already completely explained how the spy satellites work, and
there is absolutely no way the "kid" as you call him could be receiving
any signals whatsoever from a russian satellite. If he's receiving
anything at all, it would be from an American "spy" or Weather satellite
that is downloading information while it passes over this side of the
globe. Very high baud rates and encryption make it absolutely impossible
that the "kid" could be making anything whatsoever out of it, but if he
were to hand it to the Russians, they could easily decipher it using
their de-encryption methods. That would be why the "military" as it is
said, told the kid to "keep it under his hat" Pure crap!!!

Subject: Kalachakra
Kalachakra is a Tibetan term meaning "wheel of time", there is a sand
painting produced that I saw being made at the Museum of Natural History,
by four Tibetan Monks who have had the mystery of the Kalachakra passed
down to them from there elders in the monastery. I spoke with them, and
the Kalachakra has absolutely NOTHING to do with predictions of any
sort!!! Much as you might not want to believe this it is true. The sand
painting besides the central "deity" contains 277 other minor "deities",
it takes about two weeks for them to "make" it, after which the "deities
are spiritually "pulled out", and placed in a "special box" for use next
time the painting is produced, the sand itself is then scraped off the
surface on which it was sprinkled, and in this case was ceremoniously
thrown in the Pacific ocean for the benefit of the creatures that live
there! If you leave your address here, I will send you a picture taken
of the Kalachakra sand painting, on a postcard, its really quite
something to behold in person, while I was looking at it, it became
"airborne" and became like an apparition, filling me with a wonderful
good feeling.

The kid was mastering in satellite technology at the university and had a
fully functional full tracking system at home (the way I understood it) that
he had built himself. He could track satellites on polar orbits, etc. which
is what he was doing when he found this one that he decoded.
I am certain they took his notes but doubt they took his equipment. I
wouldn't doubt though they have an eye on him just in case he comes up with
more information of the same nature. I mean the government needs all the
help they can get decoding those Russian signals. ;->

I think all I need is an interface card, a program, and to hook this thing
up to the satellite system and it should be able to receive those signals. I
think I'll keep an eye open for information about it.
After working my tail off to get my satellite system working again the
receiver goes out on me. Now I got to take it apart and get in there and
find out what it was that blew out....<sigh> and see if I can replace it.

I saw the Current Affair episode
about MJ-12. They had the
director of CAUS commenting on
the papers. I remember when the
documents first came out that
CAUS was convinced they were a
hoax. But in the TV show he
seemed toned down and had an
'it's possible' attitude toward
the documents. Why the change of
heart and what caused it?
I haven't kept up lately on the
Mj-12 situation so I wouldn't
know.

A correction, there are 722 "deities" besides the central portion of the
Kalachakra which represents Buddha and his consort. Please let me know
when this Dr? Berzin is going to shuck and jive next, he's the kind of
person that in the old days was tarred and feathered and run out of town,
I'm a little more understanding, and would just publicly discredit him,
and help everybody get their money back if they were foolish enough to
pay for a lecture from this "quack". If you've bought a book by him, I
guess you could use it for kindling.
