Hello Bob. No, I haven't seen the N.Z. file on Quiet Earth...must look
in the library.

Best,
Clark

Hi Linda. Well, too bad about Dr. Bennewitz. The people at Thunder
Labs were very reticent when I called looking for him.

Your (or Persinger's) point about the addictive qualities of truly
psychotronic technologies is well taken. There was a lot of discussion
about "Electronic Brain Stimulation" back in the 60's and 70's -- with
Tim Leary in the forefront of the campaign to develop such
technologies. So the addictive potential does not surprise me.

What's more, IF the human brain does act as a scalar transmitter as a
result of normal sensory/motor/thought processes -- and IF it is
possible to disarrange or rearrange these neural processes by technical
means -- then the potential for permanent derangement or mental illness
must exist within these technologies. In other words, a great many
people have experimented with scalar emitters and magnetic
interferometry -- and quite a few of them have exhibited varying
degrees of instability (or worse). What I'm wondering is: Is there a
correlation? Either 1.)they're crackers because they believe these
technologies exist and work, or; 2.)the technologies exist and work --
but they mess up one's cognitive and thought processes.

Which brings me back to Dr. Bennewitz. In "Clear Intent" he {clearly
had some mastery of scalar sensor/detector technology, as demonstrated
by the minutes of his meeting with U{_SAF officials. It makes one
wonder...

Of course, if someone ELSE has mastered this technology -- or at least
discovered what is necessary to drive someone over the brink -- then
the phenomenon takes on a much more sinister cast. What I'm saying is:
Whom the MIBs would destroy, they first make mad.

Know what you mean about libraries. Don't know what I'd do without the
NYPL.

Best,
Clark

Hello, Frank. Are you from "down under"? I gather that you must be.
I'm curious -- is the Pine Gap base a NORAD facility or something else?
You see, NORAD as far as I know is strictly a North American
organization.

Having read Bruce Cathie's material, I'm not at all surprised that this
questionable base is at an antipode of the Bermuda Triangle, but what
goes on there? That's the question. You may be interested to know
that there's a similar facility -- a so-called tracking facility --
near Andros Island in the Bermuda Triangle. And geomagnetic
disturbances and other anomalies are very well known & documented
around Andros Island. If memory serves, there is a very well
documented instance of a private pilot becoming lost in a fog over
Andros Island -- he barely got back to the airfield & lost
communications for most of the time he was lost -- but the day was
CLOUDLESS and observers on the ground SAW his Cessna meandering aimless
ly over Andros Island. Weird, huh?

Best,
Clark

Stephen,

Welcome to ParaNet! Glad to see your curiosity brought you here. There are
many different kinds of people around here, and I am sure that you will find
someone who would like to discuss your interests in the phenomenon.

Enjoy the discussions.

I am sure that a greater portion of what is going on inside, is the product
of outside activity.... Whatever is going on in the inside, must be started
from the outside somewhere... It is true we can say enough about anything, but
get enough people excited about probabilities, and something usually gives...
I sorta view this as what could be occuring with the UFO "disinformation"....
is it to really draw attention to a particular facility? (Such as John Lear
and others invading Nellis), or could it be to undermine the confidence of the
public in it's government? May not sound like a whole bunch of people getting
all excited about it, but it always winds up being a smaller minority that
somehow manages to create quite a ruckus.

I say "keep posting the files" !!
Also say, establish an "anti-quoting" rule. No more then three quote
lines per message.
