From: schaudhuri@UCSD.EDU (Avimunya In Chakrabyoha)
Subject: Request for dynamic images from structured light

Hi,
I am looking for images/data of both polyhedral objects and curved
surfaces using structured lighting. A dynamic sequence of images
is required to analyze 3-D motion using structured light, where
i> the object is moving, and ii> the camera is moving.
The data from a calibrated system is preferred, however data from
non-calibrated system is also welcome.
I would appreciate having such data.
Thanks,

I would like to obtain digital copies of some standard image processing
test images, such as the Lena or mandrill pictures.
Thanks. -- Don Fausett

[ This and the previous message ask for data. For data of general interest,
I can make it available via anonymous FTP. Please respond to these

Subject: Hough transform

I would appreciate getting an implementation (or pointer to one) for the
Hough transform. I am not really interested in line extraction so much
as I am in characterizing sets of existing lines according to their
number, length, and orientation.

In a recent vision-list, M. Atiquzzaman (facc005@saupm00.bitnet) asked:

I run one called `pixel,' which is distributed weekly on Mondays
(usually, and contributions permitting). There's also an archive of
image processing and image synthesis software, plus a few pictures,
associated with it. Contact:

pixel@uk.ac.essex for submissions
pixel-request@uk.ac.essex to subscribe or for further information

something like "pixel-request%uk.ac.essex@nsfnet-relay.ac.uk" for North
America.

The Color and Vision Network; the purpose is to make people in vision
research and in color research who utilize e-mail communication known to
each other. Mass mailing can also be easily done, so announcements
supplied to CVNET@YORKVM1 get distributed to the subscriber list. Another
activity is the compilation of a key word list that describes the
activities of those listed.
