It's been a while since last issue.
Sorry about that.
I haven't gotten one article submission in the past two months. Therefore, I
haven't had much in the way of content. September 30th is the last day for
submissions to qualify for this quarter's Chaosium Contest and it's $40 Gift
Certificate Prize. Check out the archive for submission guidelines. Without
your contributions there is no Chaosium Digest.

The great gathering of the Gloranthan Tribe nears. Gloranthacon VIII, to be
held in Toronto, Canada on the 7th-9th March, 2003, will revive an old
tradition of fun and intensive conventions concentrating on the fantasy
world of Glorantha and the Hero Wars and HeroQuest games systems, successors
to the popular RuneQuest system. To raise funds and to start getting people
into the spirit of the event, Gloranthacon organizer Jeff Kyer and Issaries,

ORLANTH IS DEAD!
It must be so. How else could he have been supplanted by Doburdun, the
Pelandan Loyal Storm? As winter deepens and spring fails to come, the
