Mil un litro di alcool 96 gradi 160 grammi di zenzero tagliato a fettine 1,5 litri di acqua e 800 grammi di zucchero. Macerazione in alcool per 10 giorni, sciolto lo zucchero in acqua sul fuoco e quando raffreddato aggiungere l'alcool
