The UFO phenomenon in history
The UFO phenomenon has been recognized as such since 6/24/1947 when the then businessman Kenneth Arnold sighted for the first time a formation of nine flying objects in the Mount Rainier area. He defined them as "...a series of plates or records thrown onto the water".
This event - together with all those immediately following - catalyzed the interest of the US mass media - first - and then of the entire world on the issue of the so-called "flying saucer" cases.
Thus the modern UFO phenomenon was born.
But how far back in time in reality we have to go to find the oldest testimonial account of the alleged observation of flying bodies and/or unknown aerial phenomena, and therefore of the forerunners of the most modern UFOs, by a human being?
Well, scrolling through the chronicles of human history we can see how these alleged UFO observations do not have a real "date of birth". In fact, there is a whole series of pre-ufological cases (prior to 1947), discovered following extensive research carried out retrospectively at an international level, which demonstrates the continuity and presence of an anomalous aerial phenomenon, assimilable to the modern ufological one, in all eras up to the beginnings of human history.
Since the most remote times, in fact, from the most ancient texts we have received testimonies on aerial and/or celestial phenomena that are disturbing to say the least, which make us seriously doubt whether we are alone in the silence of the Universe.
Let's see some examples in this regard:
- From the Bible book of Genesis: “When men began to multiply on the Earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful and took as many wives as they wanted. There were giants on Earth in those times when the sons of God united with the daughters of men and the latter bore them children. Are these the heroes of antiquity”?
- First century BC The Aramayana sacred text of ancient India: “The Vimanas flying machines had a spherical shape and sailed in the air. The men inside the Vimanas could thus travel great distances in a marvelously short time."
- First century BC from the Dead Sea Scrolls: "Men have come to Earth and other men have been taken from Earth and taken to heaven."
- Eighth century AD from a note in the margin of the history of the Lombards by Paolo Biato: "a very bright column appeared in a vertical position with respect to the Earth, which, descending, burned many things. Then it returned to the top and took on a circular shape."
- Year 839 from the annals of Judah: "For a few nights, fiery star-shaped objects were seen flying."
- Year 1520 from the Chronicle of Prodigious Facts by Corrado Licostene: “A burning beam of horrendous size was seen in the sky, and the vault that approached the earth, descending, burned many things! Then it returned to the top and took on a circular shape."
- Year 1561 from the Nuremberg Flying Sheet: "Small and large flying cylinders were seen stationed motionless in space and from which spheres emerged and showed themselves at fantastic speeds."
- Year 1566 from the Basel flyer: "On August 7, towards dawn, many large black spheres were seen in the air, traveling at great speed in front of the Sun and heading towards each other as if they were fighting".
Is it possible that in all these cases, as in hundreds of other historical chronicle stories collected throughout the world, they could only be "fantastic tales" and "dreams of the narrators"? The judgment is yours!
Actually UFOs could be a timeless phenomenon! But if this were the case, how and to what extent did this presence influence the development of human history?
At least an indicative answer regarding the time of influence that this UFO phenomenon has produced on human culture can be obtained through the numerous archaeological finds known as "OOPART" and in the so-called "SPACE ARCHEOLOGY". These are terms used to distinguish the whole series of anomalous archaeological finds, i.e. attributable to a wealth of allogeneic knowledge and technologies, i.e. brought to terrestrial populations by alien cultures and/or visitors.
For most of us such statements could be disturbing and unacceptable. This can be deduced from studies, such as the "Brookings Report" carried out on behalf of NASA in 1961.
NASA asked the Brookings institute to analyze the social, political and economic effects resulting from the discovery and subsequent "contact" with intelligent extraterrestrial civilizations. The study by the Brookings institute highlights how throughout human history, various cultures had become extinct due to having to deal with technologically more advanced and culturally superior civilizations.
We therefore know that a possible contact with extraterrestrial civilizations would have an extremely traumatic and revolutionary sociological, religious and political impact. This is precisely because man, convinced of his uniqueness, has not paid due attention to sacred texts, sculptures and paintings scattered throughout the world, thus leading himself to have a mental closure towards certain issues that could revolutionize the Status Quo of the entire human society.
In fact, there are numerous clues that seem to document the effective interference of non-human intelligences at the basis of the birth of religions and ancient mythologies of peoples all over the world!
For example, if we analyze the sacred text of the Bible, we will notice that it is a book with multiple interpretations. In fact, if we interpret it in a different light, numerous events narrated by it, such as those related to The Giants of Genesis, the Vision of Ezekiel, the kidnapping of Elijah into heaven, the Vision of Jacob, the Burning Bush through which God spoke to Moses on Sinai, the Ark of the Covenant, the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah and other events, we will understand that since ancient times, some celestial interventions (associated with the extraterrestrial presence) have profoundly influenced social, political and history of human life.
Spatial archeology therefore leads us to accept an interpretation more in line with a historical reality of human events, thus leading us, not to create a new religion, but to start a new process of reinterpretation of our past, to the point of making acceptable the idea that since the dawn of time, we have never been alone in the Universe.
