Just a quick update, then I'll leave you alone for the day   :-) 
 A source at CEI says the rumor I mentioned earlier is completely false, 
and further NewTek isn't a player in any of the talks going on. The next 
court date is July 15 and I'll bet there's nothing real to know about  
until then. 
 (If I'm going to do this for a while, I thought we should have a header, so 
there it is at the top of the note.)
