Stir-Fried Pork Loin with Bean Sprouts
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cooked pork loin, sliced into large pieces (Chinese roasted pork can be used as a substitute)
- 1 pound bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
- 3 scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Pinch of salt
- White pepper powder, to taste
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions:
- Slice the cooked pork loin into large pieces.
- Rinse the bean sprouts with cold water using a strainer and set aside.
- Cut the scallions into 2-inch pieces.
- Heat a cooking pan over high heat with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté briefly until fragrant.
- Add the sliced pork loin to the pan and sauté for about a minute until it starts to brown. Incorporate the bean sprouts into the pan with the pork. Continue stirring.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and white pepper powder over the ingredients. Pour in 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, evenly distributing it over the stir-fry.
- Toss in the cut scallions and drizzle 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over the mixture. Keep stirring until all ingredients are well combined and cooked to your liking.
