Stir-Fried Pork Loin with Bean Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cooked pork loin, sliced into large pieces (Chinese roasted pork can be used as a substitute)
  • 1 pound bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
  • 3 scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • White pepper powder, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions:

  • Slice the cooked pork loin into large pieces.
  • Rinse the bean sprouts with cold water using a strainer and set aside.
  • Cut the scallions into 2-inch pieces.
  • Heat a cooking pan over high heat with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced pork loin to the pan and sauté for about a minute until it starts to brown. Incorporate the bean sprouts into the pan with the pork. Continue stirring.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt and white pepper powder over the ingredients. Pour in 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, evenly distributing it over the stir-fry.
  • Toss in the cut scallions and drizzle 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over the mixture. Keep stirring until all ingredients are well combined and cooked to your liking.
  • Once everything is cooked through, your Stir-Fried Pork Loin with Bean Sprouts is ready to be served.
