Hummus
Perfect hummus. Takes fewer than 10 minutes to make.
Recipe:
1) drain 1 can of garbanzo beans. Rinse well. Save 5 tablespoons of liquid to put 2-5 tablespoons into blender, depending on consistency desired.
2) 1/4 cup tahini
3) 2 tablespoons of olive oil
4) 1 whole clove of garlic. I airfried it to be more fragrant.
5) 1/2 teaspoons of sea salt
6) 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Put everything in blender and blend until smooth. Put into bowl. Add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil on top. Sprinkle smoked paprika or chili powder. Add some chopped parsley or cilantro. Perfect for naans, pita chips or cucumbers slices to dip.
