Red lentils bread
*UPDATED WITH METHOD*
I’m totally blown away by this miracle! Red lentils and water transform to something magical!! 🦄Thanks to whoever posted this earlier in the week.
It was literally 500g red lentils soaked for 2 hours. Then blitzed with enough water to form a batter (I used some of the soaking water). Left covered at room temp for 48 hours to ferment stirring occasionally (smells like sourdough starter). Add a bit of salt and carefully pour into a loaf tin to preserve the bubbles. I sprinkled some seeds on top and I cooked mine in an air fryer for 45 mins at 165°.
