Peanut dipping sauce for Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls
Save my recipe for Peanut Dipping Sauce!
It’s the perfect dip for Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls.
The ingredients are 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1oz minced shallots, 1 tbsp minced garlic cook on low heat for 2 -3 mins then add 1/2 cup of water, 1oz rock sugar or 1/2 tbsp table sugar, 1 tsp vinegar, 3 tbsp peanut butter and 2 tbsp of hoisin sauce. Simmer on low heat until sauce thickens and turn off heat and whisk in 1/2 cup of milk or more depending on desired consistency. #peanutsauce #springrolls
