Bollito di pecora
Ingredients:
- A big piece of meat (800 gr of meat here)
- Water
- Rosemary
- Half lemon juice + lemon peel
- A little of fennel
- Salt
- One dry tomato
The broth and meat cooked for almost 9 hours in slow mode inside the slow cook Crock-Pot Cooked meat served with some vegetable.....all Delicious
