Listened as audiobook: nothing special.
It's not over the top but it is not even something to throwing away.
It is saying trues stories, only you can find them somewhere else if yiu read other books on the same genre.
I love one sentence that now is my mantra:
"IT IS OK TO HAVE A BAD DAY, IT IS NOT OK TO HAVR A BAD LIFE "
