Text for Restorative YOGA Training
💘 In yoga I have found a new family, a more peaceful one.
🤓 My journey just started, but my will is strong.
🙏 I am so grateful I did my restorative training because this yoga style is full of support to help yogics everytime our bodies are not ok and practice could bring discomforts if done without supports.
🤤 Restorative yoga is a class full of little and focused helpers like bolsters, blanket, blocks, pillows and so on.
It is really helpful when your body need recovering after a trauma such a surgeon or disease.
On the other end, personally I find the restorative practice very useful even when the mind has its dark moments as well. I personally believe that restorative practice is very useful also during our no-days.
What is a no-day?
No-days are the days where you are not strong enough for practice wholly but at the same time you know you do not want to give up on your body and your mind and wish to practice as well.
✨ Restorative yoga now is one of my meditative habit.
I can't step back now!
