🌪️ It is incredible realizing how much time we dedicate to something else out from ourself.
🤏 How less we dedicate to our mind and our body?
✨ Yoga's journey highlights this big shadow I had on top of me.
🫁🫀🧠 Kriyas course helped me in taking care deeply about my body, once again.
🌬️ Just for saying: maybe it could sound silly but I endure you that when you live in a polluted city like London (UK), taking a shower could not feel enough in washing out all that chemical combustion particles floating on the air.
👃It always bothers me finding my noise full of black dust everytime I take the tube to moving around the city.
The beauty world teaches us how to clean our skin from pollution using this detergent instead of the other one, but no one teach us how to clean fully our body like eyes, noise or ears.
No one talks!
On the other hand, Yogic Kriyas talks!👃👂👀
🙏Once again, I was so happy in following this course because once again I gain light on something that unconsciously was bothering me.
Once again Yoga helped me find more peace between my body and my mind.
🏞️ I am so happy in had started this journey a few years back.
