Mushrooms bruschette
In UK I have discoeved this amazing flovoured with mushroom.
i believe it is a drug but everytime I'll go to an event and I find the mushroom with bread crumbs on the catering menu, I canàt stop eating them.
This time I have tryed to reporduce them
Muschrooms
grated cougettes
minved onion
olive oil
bread to toast
a little of cheese on the base (here it is taleggio)
