Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, blend the avocados until smooth.
- Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup or agave nectar, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor or blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to thicken.
- Once chilled, divide the mousse into small bowls or cups and add your desired toppings.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious vegan avocado chocolate mousse!
Note: This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
