Ingredienti:

  • 4 uova
  • 70 gr di zucchero
  • 350 gr di yogurt greco
  • 40 gr di amido di mais
  • 40 gr di lievito in polvere
  • Buccia di limone
  • 1 cucchiaino di essenza di vaniglia

Procedimento:
Dividete gli albumi dai tuorli e montateli con lo zucchero. Quindi aggiungere lo yogurt, la fecola, il lievito, la scorza di limone e la vaniglia. Montate a neve gli albumi e aggiungeteli al composto, versate in uno stampo da 21×7 cm e infornate a 170° per 30 minuti.
