Ingredients:

  • squids
  • parsley
  • garlic
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • bread crumb

for the cooking:

  • fresh tomatoes in pieces

Cook for 2 or 3 hours in high

The filled squid can be also frozen once filled up and unfrozen only when needed to cook
