Stuffed squids with tomatoes
Ingredients:
- squids
- parsley
- garlic
- salt
- olive oil
- bread crumb
for the cooking:
- fresh tomatoes in pieces
Cook for 2 or 3 hours in high
The filled squid can be also frozen once filled up and unfrozen only when needed to cook
Buying some squids
Clean then internally and externally when needed
Washed them
Set all heads aside
Cut the heads in minus pieces
Add olive oil, minced garlic, minced parsley and a little of salt
Add bread crumbs
Mix well
Fill the squid up
Close the squid body securying it with one or two cocktails stick
