Dear Modem Friends:

Bula! In the name of Jesus Christ, greetings. I trust your summer was as wonderful as ours has been. We've been in a number of great churches and have seen the Lord's blessings in each. We are still on the deputation trail and are meeting with a great deal of success. Several churches have taken us on for support, however, we do not know what the accumulative amount is at this time. We will report it in our newsletter as soon as we have the figures.

We have had several churches and individuals ask us about a sound system, one that we can use both on the road while we're here in the USA and then in Fiji. A sound system would allow us to have a better music program in the churches there. Well the good news is this: There are several systems that have been recommended and they range in price from $1500 to $3000. What system we finally choose will have to do with the response we get from our supporters. If you would like to contribute toward this need then please send it to Victory Missions at this address: Victory Missions, 32 Wildbriar Road, Rochester, New York 14623. If you wish to call them you may do so at 1-716-334-8524. This missions agency, which I've been a part of since its founding, wishes to handle this special project for us.

Now for some Good Stuff!! We have asked our friends to pray for our son Joshua who has had a mild form of epilepsy, and while it was under control, via medication, we were hoping that he would eventually outgrow it. Well, after many tests, the doctors have pronounced Joshua seizure free and therefore he no longer needs the medication. He has outgrown the disorder!

AMEN!

More Good Stuff!! We've had several meetings in New York State and Michigan and the churches have been very responsive. We have had meetings in 6 churches and have had about 10% of our needed monthly support pledged with others stating they would probably take us on for support.

More, more, Good Stuff !! We have 16 other meetings already scheduled as far in advance as April of 94, so our dates are filling in quickly. In the last newsletter I mentioned that the Montrose Bible Conference scheduled us for a subsequent meeting in July of 94 with Lehman Strauss, Dean Ortner (from Science and the Bible), and the Swartzs. Well, they have scheduled us for yet another meeting in April. Wow, what a great blessing Montrose has been to us!!

Pray for us as try to fill out our calendar for the rest of this year. So far we have the following dates open in 1993: October 10th (A.M. & P.M), 17th (P.M.> service in Rochester, NY area), 24th (A.M. & P.M.) and the 31st (A.M. & P.M.) open and any Wednesday nights in that time frame. In November we have the 14th (A.M. & P.M.), 21st (A.M. & P.M.), and the 28th (A.M. & P.M.) open and every Wednesday night except the 17th. In December we have the 5th (A.M. & P.M.), the 12th (A.M. & P.M.) and the 19th (A.M. & P.M.) open and any Wednesday night. Hurry! Hurry! Hurry! Get your "red hot" missionaries to the Fiji islands before they're all booked up!!

To all our supporters, thank you and God bless you. To all those weighing us in the balance, think on us kindly. To those few who have felt they could not financially support us, continue praying for us and God bless you.

In The Service of The King,

The Waughs
