1. My colleague that is pretending to be pm and hasn't studied commented with the boss
Our team is creepy

Creepy....what a fucking word is in a work environment?

2. When I joined two years ago I had a comment from my previous boss " your level is really low".
He was saying that there is an international standard where when you are drawing through the building the exterior is always on the right and the interior is always on the left of the drawings.
He commented he was negatively surprised I didn't know this standard and my level was very low.
I still remember it very clear and I believe that had been one of the first triggers in demolishing my person.
Back in the days I googled a lot but couldn't find any reference. Anyone at all. I though that maybe it is something from US because when I worked in Canada I discovered they have a kinda of scheme for naming drawing for example, but it is a no-written rule based on the number of people following one way and then the other ones follows. So it is like a standard but not certified by any institution and therefore not official and difficult to Google.
So I though it was something like that.
Now I am working with a different "boss" and yesterday talking with my colleague it came out this topic. I said it as warning for the next project.
He said he never heard it.
Then later in the day we had a review meeting with the boss of facades.
As last question my colleague asked about this standard, because we now have almost all drawing taken on the opposite direction. The boss said that he never heard anything like that and that he only cared if he can read the drawings.

Like two years of abuses for controlling!
Like I am not a human but a machine or worst.
Don't know!
