PREPARAZIONE

È un modo semplice, ma molto saporito di conservare le pesche per l'inverno, in uso nei paesi campidanesi.

Si tagliano le pesche a fette piuttosto grosse o, se se ne dispone, si usano le pesche spacca l'osso, private del seme.

Si mettono a macerare nel vino bianco dolce.

Si conservano abbastanza a lungo sì da poter essere consumate nei mesi freddi.
