ROYAL BIBINGKA RECIPE
🌟 INGREDIENTS
◾️2 cups of glutinous flour
◾️350ml of coconut milk
◾️1 can of condensed milk
◾️¼ cup of melted butter
◾️4 egg yolks
◾️1 tsp of vanilla essence
◾️grated cheese
PROCEDURE
◾️Separate the egg yolk from the egg white.
◾️Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the egg yolks and whisk until blended. Set aside.
◾️In a large bowl pour coconut milk, condensed milk, egg yolk mixture, melted butter. Stir to combine.
◾️Add the glutinous flour into batches and mix thoroughly to combine until become smooth mixture.
◾️Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
◾️Pour the glutinous mixture.
◾️Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes or until set in 180°c preheated oven.
◾️Remove the aluminum cover and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
◾️Continue baking for another 20-25 minutes (uncovered) or until bottom is lightly brown and cheese is golden.
◾️Let it cool down completely before slicing. The best served at room temperature or even better the next day.
