DnA 5-10: An Introduction to Sovereign Citizenship

The newest addition to The Sixth Column's info-archive is a lot of good information on Sovereign Citizenship. We've known about the concept from Day 1, but good solid info on it is extremely hard to come by. We found (through the Internet) an organization called The Frog Farm. It's an organization of one person who distributes as much info as he can get on sovereignty, and he's got a lot. If you're wondering why it's called Frog Farm, it comes from a Mark Twain quote: "If you drop a frog into boiling water, he'll jump right back out and not be harmed, but if you put him in cold water and very slowly raise the temperature, he'll never know what's going on until it's too late."
Sovereign Citizenship is a status that the Constitution was designed to provide EVERYONE. However, the Government decided IT wanted to be the sovereign and tricked everyone into all these lovely contracts to get jurisdiction over us and change our status to "subject". There are 23 statuses of people in the USA, ranging from what basically everyone is - a SUBJECT - to the highest, which is a full Sovereign. The statuses mostly pertain to how many contracts you are subject to - a full sovereign is subject to NO contracts - he is free to act as he wishes within the bounds of common law. Becoming a Sovereign involves rescinding, one by one, all the accursed contracts until none remain, and then defending yourself whenever necessary.
You may not realize that certain things are contracts which really are! For example, the most heinous contracts are: Your "driver's license", your birth certificate, and your SS Number. Yes, even your birth certificate is a contract. These contracts are very easy to rescind, you just have to do it right (all info is available on DnA Systems, in the Sovereign Citizenship info directory).
The "driver's license" is particularly evil - it does two things: [1] it declares you an ALIEN residing in a state for the purpose of commerce, thereby under ADMIRALTY jurisdiction (which is why we see all those gold fringed flags) and [2] it is a WAIVER, signed BY YOU of your RIGHT TO TRAVEL. Yes, that's right - you've waived your right to travel in exchange for the "privilege" of driving. It has been held many, many times in the Supreme Court that travelling is a RIGHT and a LIBERTY which can not be infringed upon. The mode of travel DOES NOT MATTER, because placing restrictions on which mode you can employ would be an infringement. In addition, a license is defined as a contract which allows you to do something that wouldn't normally be allowed under common law. There's nothing in the common law that says you can't travel, therefore your driver's "license" is in reality no license at all - it's an adhesion contract placing you under your state's jurisdiction without your knowledge. This also means that you must NEVER proclaim yourself a "STATE CITIZEN" because all state citizens are UNDER ADMIRALTY JURISDICTION. You want OUT of admiralty jurisdiction.
The Social Security Number is also an evil contract with the government whereby you have waived your right to keep some of the money you earn at work in exchange for a "retirement account" set up for you. First off, the "retirement account" is utter bullshit, the money will all be gone by the time my PARENTS retire (my parents are 50ish now), you think there'll be any left when *I* retire? (I'm 22) Plus, the SS number gives the government to jurisdiction to tax you, and use that number to follow your every financial move. This is why anyone who wants to be truly free must rescind it.
And finally, the Birth Certificate. It's a contract too, making you a SUBJECT of the Federal Government. Under common law, births are not public record and therefore no certificate is required. Only DEATHS are public record. So, you can and should rescind your birth certificate as well if you want to be totally free.
I know this is a big world-smasher for a lot of people. It's hard to believe we've been duped so badly. Now, we're not telling you to rush right out and do all this right now. There's a lot you must learn before that stage. But, grab all the Sovereign info files off from DnA Systems, and read them. Then, if you're still interested (you will be!), follow the next logical path, whatever that turns out to be for you. Just make sure you've studied enough so that you can defend yourself against anything that may arise from you claiming your birthright to sovereignty.
