The Media
The media today encompasses a broad spectrum of information suppliers, however there is something seriously wrong with out supposed "freedom of the press." This article will detail some of the crimes committed by various entities in the media world. Specifically dealing with the television epidemic that is creating mindless zombies nationwide, we will try to shed some light on what has been going on.
When several unnamed individuals that I spoke with who work inside the television industry tell me, "No matter what anyone says, it is controlled," my suspicions were confirmed. Its one thing to suspect a conspiracy and quite another to be told by people in the media.
The next section is a copy of a file a called INFMOPY.ZIP, "The Information Monopoly", which has some good facts in it. After that section, we will look at current examples of media omissions and propaganda. (ie. Waco Texas, L.A. Riots, etc.)

THE INFORMATION MONOPOLY
The rapidly increasing concentration of media ownership in the U.S. raises critical questions about whether the public has access to diverse opinion. And not surprisingly, the impact of this information monopoly continues to be ignored by the mass media.
In 1982, when media expert Ben Bagdikian completed research for his book THE MEDIA MONOPOLY, he found that 50 corporations controlled half or more of the media business. By December 1986, when he finished a revision for a second edition, that figure had shrunk to 29 corporations. Six months later, when he wrote an article for the media publication EXTRA, the number was down to 26. Some Wall Street media analysts predict that by the 1990s six giant firms will control most of our media .
Bagdikian notes that of the 1,700 daily papers, 98 percent are local monopolies and few than 15 corporations control most of the country's circulation. A handful of firms control most of the magazine business, with Time, Inc. alone accounting for about 40 percent of that industry's revenues. The three broadcasting networks -- Capital Cities / ABC, CBS, and NBC --still have majority access to the television audience, and most of the book business is controlled by fewer than a dozen companies, with major categories like paperback and trade books dominated by still fewer firms.
The situation is exacerbated by the conflict of interest caused by interlocking boards of directors. An earlier study, by Peter Dreier and Steven Weinberg, found this phenomenon in major newspaper chains like Gannett, which shared directors with Merrill Lynch, Standard Oil of Ohio, 20th Century Fox, Kerr-McGee, McDonnell Douglas, McGraw-Hill, Eastern Airlines, Phillips Petroleum, Kellogg Company, and New York Telephone.
The most influential newspaper in America, THE NEW YORK TIMES, shared directors with Merck, Morgan Guaranty Trust, Bristol-Myers, Charter Oil, Johns-Manville, American Express, Bethlehem Steel, IBM, Scott Paper, Sun Oil, and First Boston Corporation.
Bagdikian's warning is ominous: "A shrinking number of large media corporations now regard monopoly and historic levels of profit as not only normal, but as their earned right. In the process, the usual democratic expectations for the media -- diversity of ownership and ideas -- have disappeared."

In the past two years the television industry has gone through some major changes. The current fad seems to encompass shows like Cops, Rescue 911, etc. These types of shows (in my opinion) are the most destructive type of programming that could be put out over the airwaves. For example: We now see the show "FBI - The Untold Stories". Americans are being CONDITIONED into believing that the FBI is our friend, that the police really know how to protect our rights, and that we are to never question authority figures. This is something straight out of George Orwell's novel 1984!
The other major theme that has been plaguing America now is the News Media. Those wonderful smiling faces that detail the death and destruction of the world. In this article we will examine several cases of "lies of omission". A lie by omission is still a lie no matter how much you smile. I will detail two examples of current omissions. First, the blatant murder of the Davidians in Waco, the L.A. Riots, and an episode of 20/20 which talked about the UN-TAX movement.
Before we get into the major examples I would like to give an example of how the press uses their cameras to distort or change the scene of things around in important cases.
DnA Issue #2 was released on Memorial Day weekend, and something very interesting took place on this weekend. President Bill Clinton was going to visit the Vietnam Memorial on Memorial Day. Now, I had heard from several people that the Vietnam Vets were severely irritated that draft-dodger Clinton was going to be at their sacred shrine. Also, I had heard, that they would agree to him coming, but he was not to touch it. If he did, they would kill him.
So, Memorial Day comes. Now, on the television we all saw Mr. Billy Clinton giving another stale speech. Then we see a group of Vets booing Clinton and yelling at him. Next, we hear Clinton say, "To those of you who are yelling...I have heard you, now you will hear me." All at once, the people around the podium start cheering the wonderful and blameless president, and the yelling and booing dies down. That was all interesting, but it was the behind-the-scenes media/government manipulation that made me infuriated.
These are a few things that you did not see on the television:
- All of the Vietnam Vets that were opposed to Clinton being at the Vietnam Memorial (a big phucking majority!) were moved. They were moved two football field-lengths away from the wall.
- Over 200 Clinton drones (supporters) were shown to their seats in front of the podium where the President would give his speech.
- Even though the Vets were that far away, they still made enough noise to make Clinton acknowledge their presence. After Clinton's little remark, all of his drones (supporters) cheered vigorously for the cameras.
- Also you didn't see the ring of S.S. (secret service) around the entire area. Obviously they took the Vets threats a little seriously. Even though nothing happened.
You can see by this example, that if something "embarrasses" the government severely, you won't see it on "Channel 2 Action News" and that events are edited and altered to give an illusion of a false reality.
The Massacre at Waco, Texas
On February 28, 1993 we witnessed the single most murderous and illegal operation conducted by the government on private citizens in this country's history. The operation was carried out in full view of the media, who omitted several key factors which we will explain here. We will probably never know, exactly what really happened, but with the amount of information we have collected is shocking. The news media of this country have aided the government in covering-up this government operation that was nothing short of genocide.
The 911 Recording
The news media completely ignored the little known "911 call" that was made by the Davidians right when the siege began. The call was answered with someone saying, "How ya'll doin out daire". Obviously more people were in on the operation than we had been lead to believe. This 911 recording was confiscated by the FBI.
Recently however, I saw a two paragraph article in the newspaper that stated, "Congress demands 911 recording from FBI." Remember, it was a two paragraph article, small print, and way back in the back of the paper. Just a few weeks ago it was front page news. They (the media/gov't) seem to think that if we aren't constantly reminded of things through television, we will soon forget about it.
The recording was delivered to Congress for their inquiry. However, Congress did have one question: Why was the recording edited? Certain parts of the tape were edited out! This SCREAMS of a cover-up on behalf of the FBI.
The UNEDITED Video Footage
We have all seen the footage of the ATF storming the compound and getting shot at. Well, recently we acquired some interesting information about the "unedited" version of that tape. There are several points of interest, which I have copied into this file from another text file. The full text original is available on DnA Systems.

Over the ensuing weeks the tape was studied carefully by myself as well as several men with military and law enforcement backgrounds including veterans who served under Col. Hackworth. The conclusions reached are as follows;
- Bureau of Alcohol and Firearms officers, either through mishandling, improper preparation, and or defective equipment, suffered a minimum of two accidental weapon discharges. The first of which involved the Heckler- Koch MP5 assault rifle and resulted in the death of Spl. Agent Stephen Willis and the injuring of another officer as yet unidentified. The second discharge occurred on an aluminum ladder involving a Sig-Sauer P228 semi-automatic handgun, which according to John C. Killorin, Chief of Public Affairs, ATF, has no safety. The weapon discharged in the Holster of Agent Conway C. LeBleu, resulting in a flesh wound to his right leg. Agent LeBleu was able to ascend the ladder but met with death after entering a second story window.
- The attack plan failed to take into account the unusual architecture of the compound and thereby subjected officers crossing the roof from South to North to crossfire from agents seen firing from behind vehicles located on the West or front side of the compound.
- The plan overestimated and or was misinformed as to the construction of exterior and interior walls. This caused helicopter based gunfire to pass completely through the building at angles endangering friendly forces on the ground.
- The plan relied too heavily upon radio communications. When those communications were compromised, there was confusion as to the location of various forces, enemy as well as friendly. This too was a factor in the accidental tossing of a fragmentation device into the second story room, further identified as a 10'x 10' room adjoining David Koresh's living quarters, which led to the death of agents Robert J. Williams, Todd McKeehan, and Conway LeBleu. SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
- Despite public statements to the contrary, agents are seen firing blindly into walls and windows without properly acquiring a target. This practice is known as "spray and pray" in law enforcement circles, and is unacceptable while executing an arrest warrant on one man and one man only where more than 100 innocent women, children and men are residing.
- If after the fact statements by ATF spokesperson are true, and these affiants actually possessed and or were suspected to possess weapons in the type and amount necessary to warrant the enforcement manpower at hand, then it is clear that management personnel failed miserably in pre- arranging ambulance and medical services for wounded or traumatized personnel as evidenced by agents seen and heard well into the "firefight" telling TV cameraman to "call for an ambulance".
- ATF spokesmen Dan Conroy, Jack Killorin, Steven Higgins, and David Troy have repeatedly stated publicly that the "element of surprise" was paramount to the success of the "mission", yet video-tape reveals that two reporters are actually sitting clearly visible in a tree in front of the compound, and channel 10 crews were actually invited to "follow the ATF horse trailers in", per telephone conversation with Mr. Virgil L. Teter V.P. News KWTX, Waco.
- Despite insistence that National Guard helicopters were requisitioned only to search for "hot spots" in the compound, their approach is clearly too low and off to the right and left to provide such a function.
- Despite public statements that the three helicopters used in the raid sustained fir they are seen being examined in subsequent video-tape and no damage is visible.
- At the end of the video-tape an unidentified Davidian is seen and heard from a lower story doorway repeatedly calling for "peace" each time he is met with a hail of gunfire.
- Agents are taped being allowed and assisted in the removal of wounded officers, this behavior is inconsistent with persons having murderous intent.

The Search Warrant
This is perhaps the most important factor of the whole operation. This is the Achilles Heel of the ATF's attack. This is the final proof of the government's violation of its own laws and the rights of private citizens!
I personally thank the individual(s) who acquired a copy of the Search Warrant and typed it into text format. The text file is available now on DnA Systems as well. The textfile is interesting reading for just about anyone, but there is hidden proof that document that proves the government violated many laws on this one.

If you have a copy of the Search Warrant you can verify this for yourself. If not, the above excerpt is an exact copy of the signature of the search warrant. The search warrant was signed and authorized by a U.S. Magistrate. A U.S. Magistrate DOES NOT HAVE THE POWER TO ISSUE SEARCH WARRANTS!!! A Magistrate is the equivalent to a law clerk, with a fancy title.
A search warrant MUST be SIGNED (not stamped), by a U.S. District Court Judge. Only then is it valid. Most people do not know this. The media sure as hell didn't pick up on it, because it would seriously embarrass the FBI, ATF, Waco police and sheriff, and other agencies of the U.S. Government. Not to mention the other agencies who use these ILLEGAL search warrants to get people to comply. If this little fact was common knowledge, agencies would have a hell of a time getting "informed" Americans to comply with their search warrants.
Please read "5THAMEND.TXT", for more information on how various government entities try to get you to "voluntarily" discard your rights.
Since the search warrant was indeed invalid, then the ATF knew that they couldn't get an authorized warrant through the correct process and instead used bluff tactics to serve the warrant. As we all know, they failed, and ended up in a stalemate. Who knows who started the fire at the compound that killed everyone inside. We might not ever know the truth about what happened, but we won't stop seeking the truth in this matter.
The Media's Participation
Of course, the media had an instant hard-on over the whole ordeal. One local television station bought the movie rights not 48 hours after it all started. If there was going to be bloodshed and mayhem with the federal good-guys doing their job, thats what they could capitalize on.
During that time we ourselves were assaulted with talkshows with ex- Davidians who were telling all, interviews with psychiatrists, statistics of cults in America, and so on and so fourth. The media had no shame and no soul during this time. If there was death and destruction, they would find a way to get you to turn on the television at any cost.
I noticed how the entire "911 recording" cover-up has been mentioned VERY little, if at all. On the other hand, we instantly see that Koresh had a thing for Madonna and its front page news. Who the phuck cares!?
The news media is guilty of omission of the facts and being manipulated by government entities. We no longer have a freedom of the press. Oh yes, they are free, but not when they investigate a major cover-up on the government's part.
The L.A. Riots
The L.A. riots was a perfect example of an oppressed society gone mad. The media, no matter what they phucking say, had the biggest part in the destruction of L.A. Since I am close to L.A. I was blessed (cursed) with the good (bad) fortune of witnessing the news media in action. It will be something that I shall never forget. After the Rodney King verdict was read, Channel 7, EyeWitness(less) News with Paul Moyer (the person who officially started the riots) aired the following at the now infamous corner of Florance and Normandie....(this is what happened)
Paul Moyer: Well, as we can clearly see by our SkyCam, there are many people gathering in the intersection now. Wait wait...somethings going on. People are looting the stores down there, throwing bottles, and getting into brawls. It appears that a riot has started....

Paul Moyer: Yes folks, the police have officially left the area! They have withdrawn to regroup.
Within five minutes from this announcement, the entire street below is SWARMING with people. Fires are started, people injured or killed, etc. It was evident that people living in the area were watching ole Mr. Moyer's wonderful announcement that the police have left the area. This is a prime example of irresponsibility in the news media. I personally want to see Paul Moyer out of a job for what he has done. I do know he has received some "criticism", but he should be barred from the airwaves permanently.
During the "Phederal Trial" of the officers involved, the media had still not learned it's lesson. This time we heard quotes like the following from the news media: (this is not a joke, they actually did this)

"The southland...a timebomb ticking away?!, for up to the minute reports and the gutsy reporting YOU NEED. ...Quick, turn on Channel 2 Action News!"
Tensions mounted almost to the point of panic during the Jury's deliberation period. Families pulled their children from school, fearful for their safety, due to the picture the media was painting.
People here in California claim that the riots started for different reasons. Those who believe that they are well informed because they watch the news every night or read the paper every morning, they think that the riots started because the population was outraged at the verdicts of the trial. Others who are immune to this form of brainwashing see it for what it really is. No doubt, most of the beginning incidents were due to the verdict, but when Paul Moyer's announcment was broadcast all over L.A., chaos insued. It doesn't take a phucking professor to figure CAUSE and EFFECT!
