Stir-fry Noodles with Shredded Pork
Stir-fry Noodles with Shredded Pork
Marinating ingredients:
- 6 oz pork sirloin, cut into strips
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp oil
Cooking ingredients:
- 1 cup carrot, cut into strips
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 2 packs of dry egg noodles, pre-cooked
- 1.5 cups chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with water
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the pork strips with 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, and 1 tsp oil. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut the carrot into strips and set it aside. Prepare the bean sprouts and set them aside as well.
- Pre-cook the dry egg noodles according to the package instructions, then set them aside.
- Heat a cooking pan over medium heat with 1 Tbsp of oil. Add the pre-cooked egg noodles and stir-fry for a few minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce. Mix well and take it out on a serving plate.
- In the same cooking pan, add 1 Tbsp of oil and the marinated shredded pork. Cook for a few minutes until the pork is no longer pink.
- Add the cut carrot and stir-fry for another few minutes.
- Pour in 1.5 cups of chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
- Once it boils, add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce.
- Add the bean sprouts and cook for another minute.
- Finally, add 1 tsp of sesame oil, mix well, and pour the pork and sauce on top of the noodles.
- Serve the Stir-fry Noodles with Shredded Pork hot and enjoy!
Note: You can adjust the seasoning to your preference.
