ingredienti per la pasta frolla

  • 300 gr di farina 00
  • 150 gr di zucchero
  • 100 gr di burro freddo
  • 1 uovo
  • 1 tuorlo d'uovo
  • 1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci
  • 1 pizzico di sale

ingredienti per la crema pasticciera

  • 500 ml di latte intero
  • la scorza di 1 limone non trattato
  • 4 tuorli
  • 45 g di amido di mais
  • 100 g di zucchero semolato
