Red Oil Noodles
- Boil a handful of dry wheat noodles in a hot water for 5-6 minutes, rinse it with cold water then set on a serving bowl
- Mix 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 Tbsp of peanut butter, 1 Tbsp of sugar, 3 Tbsp of soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of rice vinegar, 2 Tbsp of red chili oil and 2 Tbsp of sesame oil
- Put 4 Tbsp of red oil mix on top of the cooked noodles, then 1 Tbsp of chopped scallions. Ready to serve
