I introduce myself: Chibi mag.
I am a French FANZINE from 2003. I was born thanks to four people who joined forces to conceive me... They told me that it had been almost a year since the idea had come to them... A year since they got down to creating the various headings that compose me, and this, despite the little time they had... because of studies and work!
