Beef Stir-Fry with Green Bell Peppers and Onions
- Cut 8 oz of sirloin beef into slices
- Season beef with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, half tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch, then 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut one yellow onion and one green bell pepper into pieces, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add beef stir-fry to medium (1-2 minutes), then add cut green pepper and onion
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, pinch of white pepper powder continue stir-fry for a minute
- Add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine and 2 Tbsp of chicken broth
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
