INGREDIENTI

  • bietole
  • olio
  • aceto
  • sale

PREPARAZIONE

Lavare le bietole e separare le coste dalle foglie.

Mettere in un tegame le coste, chiudere con il coperchio e lasciarle cuocere con la loro acqua.

Se necessario aggiungere un po' di acqua.

Quando sono quasi pronte aggiungere le foglie e continuare la cottura sempre con il tegame coperto.

Al termine mettere le bietole in una ciotola e condirle con olio, sale e un goccio di aceto.
