  • coratella di agnello
  • aglio
  • olio
  • aceto
  • sale

PREPARAZIONE

Lavare e tagliare la coratella a pezzetti.

Metterla in un tegame con olio e lo spicchio d'aglio tritato.

Lasciare cuocere a fuoco lento.

Quando è quasi pronto salare, aggiungere un po' di aceto.

Continuare la cottura per alcuni minuti e servire.
