Crispy Tofu
1. Cut a box of medium firm tofu into 8 large pieces
2. Put tofu in a large bowl, then mix with 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 Tbsp of minced ginger and 2 Tbsp of sesame oil
3. Sprinkle a thin layer of cornstarch, then add 2 Tbsp of oil
4. Cook in Air-Frier at 400˚F for 16 minutes, flip upside down twice and brush oil to keep it moist.
5. Sprinkle chopped scallion on the top. Set aside.
