INGREDIENTI

- un albume
- zucchero
- mandorle
- raschiatura di limone


PREPARAZIONE

Si lavora con la frusta l' albume con 100 g di zucchero, si unisce poi la raschiatura di un limone ed infine 100 g di mandorle tostate e tagliate fini.

Amalgamare bene il tutto, e disporre a cucchiaiate il composto su un foglio di carta bianca preventivamente poggiato su una teglia.

Cuocere a fuoco moderato e sfornare i sospirus quando saranno ben gonfi e sodi.
