INGREDIENTI

  • zucchero
  • mandorle
  • chiare d'uova

PREPARAZIONE

Si montano a neve 2 chiare d'uova ed in essi si incorporano 150 g di mandorle ( di cui 9 o 10 amare) ben pestate e mischiate con 100 g di zucchero semolato.

Ci vuole sveltezza nel mischiarle dall' alto in basso e non rimestare troppo.

Se ne fanno delle palline e si infornano finché vengono dorate.
